Sleep Inn & Suites Bricktown - near Medical Center

Nothing bad to say, Large suite with kitchen setup, bed slept great, huge bathroom. All the extras except for USB hookup. They even had shuttle service to and from the venue no charge. The driver were super nice and friendly.

Sleep Inn is our new favorite hotel in the OKC Metro! I don't think you can find a better hotel for the price. It was always so quiet, and the beds were super comfortable. The free breakfast was good, with biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, waffles and all the fixins. Helpful, friendly staff. No complaints. Would definitely recommend!

Staff was courteous. My kids went swimming. The rooms were super super clean and so comfortable and the breakfast was the best. The next room I get is definitely going to be Mainstay/Sleep Inn because I'm picky about where my kids sleep,

Wonderfully convenient for Bricktown, downtown, the medical centers. The staff is so friendly and genuinely seem to enjoy working together.

We were having to be at the OU MEDICAL CENTER. And we didn't get to relax very much. Just come in late and get up early and enjoy a breakfast in the hotel before going back. But told family about it and they used it too

Great hotel close to bricktown, great jumping off place for the rest of the city. Has a natural gas grill which is great for those who travel for a living yet like to feel at home. Rooms always clean, hotel is pretty quiet. Never had a bad stay.

First time staying at a sleep inn. It was an extremely pleasant stay that emphasized your quality of sleep at every step. Will book again in the future.

I came down for vacation last December & this year. I stayed at this hotel both times. They have been great to stay with. I used to work in the hotel business and this is one of the best hotel experiences I have had. The only two thing I have to say is our toilet roll holder was broken and laying under the sink. I worry about the minor things, because I am afraid I will be charged for it (I told the front desk about it, and they made sure I wouldn't be charged). The last thing would be breakfast.. It wasn't my favorite by any means. There was no waffles when I cam down around 7:30am, and the sausage was overcooked and overloaded with green peppers. Biscuits and gravy were very good though! I would like to shout out Corinthia (forgive me if I spelled her name wrong) the housekeeper, but she went above and beyond when I asked her a question. She is an asset to this hotel, and is very sweet and kind. We did have an incident Friday night that needed cleaning, and the kid at the front desk around 1am was helpful and nice! I forgot his first name but my receipt says his last name is Gomez, but he was VERY helpful when it came to my receipt and he was very kind. HUGE shoutout to the customer service I received!

The supervisor Al and cook/staff member Mandy were fantastic. The food was made fresh and hot. Al helped us get some ice and answered some questions before we left. Both went above and beyond. This hotel is so nice, new, and clean. I highly recommend for its proximity to downtown and the Oklahoma City Memorial. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The rooms were really nice & the customer service was amazing!! Front desk was definitely super nice. We will definitely stay here again in the future!!

This hotel is or must be brand new because everything had quality. The bed and breakfast was up scale and well organized. But what set the mood was Gisela and Luz who made check in and out the smoothest transition I have ever encountered. They very knowledgeable and concerned for our stay. I think it would be a matter of time before they will be among managment.

This hotel is nice. My family and I really like it!! Staff is friendly, quick easy check-in, hotel and property look clean and maintained, smells nice and our room is big and also very clean. There's breakfast here also and a hot tub. Love this place!!

This motel is brand new! It smells brand new. The beds are the most comfortable of any motel that I’ve stayed in. I was surprised by how much there was to choose from for breakfast!!! The parking lot at night is really lit up bright. It felt safe for my wife and children. I chose to stay here because it is only 1.5 miles from Children’s Hospital. Plus, I was offered a hospital discount. The staff here are very friendly and helpful.

Short Uber to Bricktown. The beds were so comfortable, large tv, great breakfast. This was a stellar stay. Hot tub was out of order sadly during our visit.

The lovely lady that prepares the breakfasts in the morning, named Mandy, helped jump our car before we left. Even though the man at the front said they did not have them, she was determined to help us and succeeded!!! This woman is amazing and I would recommend staying here at the Sleep Inn to anyone just because of her!

VERY nice hotel in a sketchy industrial area a mile away from Bricktown. I had not been able to change my reservation to another hotel and I *might* not have stayed there when I got a look at the neighborhood. I, however, was very pleasantly surprised. Great staff, CLEAN nice rooms and good breakfast!

My favorite hotel in my family's travels all around the country. Honestly can say that confidently. The rooms are A+ cleanliness. The service and complimentary breakfast as well A+

Dorian (Emerson) and Tennisha are amazing!! They were very helpful and attentive. Dorian was commutative and sweet. Tennisha was assertive and professional. They both offered to drive us to pick up (shuttle) our pizza when the Uber Eats driver canceled our order. Mind you the Papa John’s we ordered from was 2 miles from the hotel. Turns out another Uber Eats Driver picked up our order and we shared our pizza with them. They went the extra mile for us! Come to find out Dorian and I share a birthday! They were wonderful!! I would recommend this hotel to friends and would stay again!

I want to thank Ms. Mandy for being so compassionate when it came to breakfast one morning. I came in from an overnight job and was very tired not going to make it to breakfast. In fact I had never made it because of my hours. Ms. Mandy was sooo thoughtful and dropped off breakfast to me!!! Not only was she polite but the food was amazing!! 😋 I will be back !
