Went in with a friend and was pleased with everything, from the service, the food to the atmosphere, everything was just right. Will definitely come back when in the area

Pretty busy on Sunday noon. Most of the time if there's a wait it won't be long. They close at 3:00 on Sundays which is not a problem that way they can have time with family and maybe go to church service. All for that. Food is great even on busy days. Waitress are great. Price is not bad either. 9 X out of 10 this is where you can find me after church on Sunday.

A very warm and welcoming atmosphere. The service was wonderful and fast. The food was delicious and reminded me of my Grandmother's home cooked meals.

Beautifully decorated diner. You walk into a selection of pies at the front and the walls are covered in art. It's even decorated for Christmas! Service was amazing. Fabian made sure we were taken care of. The food is wonderful! I'd just add a little more seasoning is all.

nice spot for my family. fried chicken was tenders basket was really good and a fair value for the cost. Jazz was our server and had great suggestions

Ordered online and picked up at window. Very convenient. The food was over the top good! Good variety of choices.

Gosh! If Shreveport only had a place like this. Wonderful country style food that is simply delicious! The service is great-the servers are smiling and go out of their way to make you feel at home. My friends and I drive once a week to eat at this surprisingly great place to eat. It's definitely worth the drive...and the desserts are to die for!

Dixie Diner was a perfect stop for us to eat in Texarkana, Tx.
The burgers and sides were excellent as well as the salads and ham steak.
The nostalgic decor help make the atmosphere almost as good as the food.
The staff was friendly and prompt.

If you like the ol' fashion diner experience this is the place to be. The atmosphere was pleasant, the staff treated us like old friends. Shout out to our wonderful waitress Shae. The food was delicious and the portions were generous.

Typically can expect good food and service- occasionally depending who the manager is on duty- it seems a bit less organized but over all we have had good experience. Good southern home cooked meals - with free cornbread and rolls.

They advertise home cooking and that is what you get. The food is perfectly cooked. I was almost brought to tears when I tasted the mash potatoes because I was taken back to how my late wonderful grandmother prepared them. The atmosphere is wonderful and desserts are a must have.

The fried catfish, okra and blackeyed peas were really good. Rolls and cornbread are complimentary. We had enough fish to take home and service was good, too.

Nice clean establishment, friendly and attentive waitress. Out standing food and dessert.

Steak fingers were excellent. The liver and onions were very good. Love the rolls and corn bread really hit the spot

Food was AMAZING! We made a stop on our way to Hot Springs for lunch. Highly recommend. Our server Donte was very kind and polite. He provided great service!

Always a pleasure to visit, food is great and the service is awesome. I like to switch it up when ordering and have never had anything I wouldnt order again!!!

Visiting from Utah and missing the great home cooking of our youth in the south. I'm pretty sure I ate at this restaurant on State Line back in the 80s. Great food. Great service. Great value.

UPDATE 09/21/2023: The wait person was good but the cashier was a young girl who had her nose in her phone and was really ho-humish....didn't care for that. The pot roast was a bit dry but flavorful.

Service was excellent! Our waitress Marie, and she is awesome! Food was wonderful, all this with bus full of people just ahead of us! Loved it!
