Walmart Vision & Glasses

I came into the vision center on Sunday (07/10/22) to look at glasses. The young lady named Lynn was very helpful and pleasant. Customer service has been my field of work for over 25 years and I appreciate good service when I'm spending money. Lynn made my visit worth the stop in your location by extending the service customers deserve. Looking forward to my new glasses.

I was there this past Friday because my VA glasses decided to fall apart and I bought a replacement frame. I was greeted by a vivacious gracious Latino lady that took my old frames and swapped the lenses into the new ones in a matter of minutes. She then fitted the new frames and relaplaced the nose pieces and refused to take payment when all was completed. I was very impressed and will return!

Update, on 5-15-2021 after I received my new glasses from the VA. Once again I was greeted by the gracious young lady, her name is Thalia. She is such an asset to the organization that I felt it necessary to get her name. She did a splendid job of fitting my glasses an has a delightful attitude. Great job Walmart Vision & Glasses!

Every doctor I have seen is great. The staff is amazing. Makes you feel like your family and known everyone for years. Never have an issue with ANYTHING. Dr. Megan is my favorite even though all the doctors are amazing.

Best experience I have ever had at a optician. Steve Hutcheson was very informative and explained everything to me.

The vision center was out of site. I had my frames picked out and sized in no time. The best thing was the cost was more than half of what I had previously spent.

I was working on a light when a bulb busted.Loftis did a great job of explaining to me that a piece of glass had sliced my eye,put a contact on my eye.Went in Wal-Mart got the antibiotics and have had no issues.He is a great doctor.Highly recommend this vision center

And they're always friendly and with a smile I do love this place.

Exceptional staff,but could use hours and days listed on website for customers use in planning their visits.

It took them 3 months to give me my glasses and it’s the fact that I still have not received them when I called they say that don’t have them in and they lost my prescription. And I had to come back up there just to pick another pair of glasses out and I’ve been waiting months and still don’t have my glasses.

We have been going here for years with good experiences until this time. Since we had our check up, just about everytime i call to see if the glasses are in. They are usually off for the week. Bad enough the hours were cut back to 3 days a week. But he was out of town the week before our appointment. Had a hard time getting one. And since the 5 weeks i have been waiting in glasses he's been out 2 other weeks. This is insane.
