BL Gym

Good ol heavy weights, strictly business type of gym. No fancy equipment, or any of the “fitness club” type of perks. But I wouldn’t trade this gym for the fanciest of gyms. Membership is reasonable. The trainers here are truly some of the most knowledgeable and professional trainers around. Always helpful, always available to answer questions, none of them hesitate for an instant to offer up advice or give you tips on how to reach your goals. They offer Lift U, which is a group training class. They also offer Yoga and Boxing classes. As well as personal training. Hands Down best fitness team in town. If you have a fitness goal to reach or just want to start working out, come talk to Michael, Bear or Andrew at BL Gym, I guarantee you won’t be disappointed.

This place has such a laid back atmosphere. There is so much equipment too! And good quality equipment on top of that. The owners are awesome and so helpful.

One thing I love about it is that there isn't any music. We are Christians and it's often hard, when we travel, to find a gym that doesn't blast some of the worst kinds of music.

If you're in doubt which gym to pick, I would seriously consider this one. And I don't have any skin in the game. We are just spending 5 weeks here in town and will be leaving in a soon.
