S&S pools was amazing to work with! As a first time pool owner I did not know what to expect. Everything was organized from the beginning, Rachel kept me informed of every single step of the way. When I screwed something up with my pump at 9pm she was on the phone with me walking me through it and even ended up needed to take a part from her own pool pump and meet me at 9pm so I could fix mine and wouldn’t get behind schedule!

They were extremely helpful and friendly. This is the second year I have done a summer waves pool, and last year I absolutely failed at properly maintaining it the way it should be. It was frustrating and led to me giving up on it. My test strips would always read not enough, to much, or just not there at all in some of these things being tested. I took a sample of my water to S&S and after testing it, I was told that my Ph and chlorine were good, that all I needed to do is add alkalinity and stabilizer to maintain my levels. She gave me written instructions on what to do, and only sold me the alkalinity BECAUSE!!! The stabilizer she had would have lasted my pool with the size it is 2 years and that I could save money by buying a smaller bottle of it elsewhere. She wasn’t trying to sell me everything in her store to make a profit and even was looking out for the best interest of my wallet. The pool is beautiful, doesn’t reek of chlorine (which she also explained is not something that a pool should smell like) and thus far all I have had to do since her helping me, is test my pool daily. Thank you !!!!

100% the BEST. It's taken me a while to write this review because it's incredibly hard to find the right words to describe just how absolutely amazing Rachel Smith Waits and her S&S team are. We started shopping around for a pool about a year before we actually pulled the trigger. When the decision was made to move forward, the ONLY person that came to mind was Rachel. She is respectful, patient, accommodating and honest. Her team is great as well, Frank is extremely experienced and knowledgeable. The experience of the install was pure quality and amazing to watch as its was seamless and precise. Rachel took the reins from day one, making a stressful situation almost serene. My pool is installed and perfect. S&S made sure to use the top quality materials and provide the best of the best (pumps, etc) with the job. I could not have asked for a better experience or team and I can say with 100% certainty that they will continue to be there to stand behind everything and to help guide us along the way. S&S is not just a great company, they are THE ONLY company to chose!

Rachel is an absolute pleasure to work with. Her knowledge and willingness to help are second to none. I am grateful for her patience and fast responses. I purchased an existing commercial pool and have had a couple of mechanical issues that nobody else seemed to want to help with. Even though S&S is not in the commercial pool maintenance business, that didn't stop her from going out of her way to help. If you are considering installing a new pool or need pool supplies, call Rachel for the best customer experience!

If you are looking for a Fiberglass (the BEST) pool and wonderful compassionate customer service to help along the way —— LOOK no further!! We live in the Aiken County Area in North Augusta and spoke to many companies who came out! All were over priced or didn’t do Fiberglass pools! Who wants to pay to replace a liner every so many years! Not me! After talking with Connie and Rachael, I knew this was the place for us to get our pool!

Fiberglass pool installed this week by S&S Lexington SC and they were so easy to work with! They will walk you through the process as we are new pool owners! Looks awesome and two days to put in! Connie and a Rachael are family and make you feel like family when you go there! They know the true meaning of FAMILY owned and operated and it is reflected! This is the BEST pool place! You both and a Frank ROCK!! I will send all referrals your way!

Great customer service and overall great experience dealing with S&S pools. As new pool owners, they made the experience less stressful then it could have been. Always there for us to answer any questions we have. We are very happy with our choice.

The service is great I really enjoyed the people they walk you through everything. However; the in store selection is very limited and the hours on weekends could be more convenient.

All the pool company prices are about the same so the difference is going to be "when" not "how much". I called first week of August was told 1st quarter 2023. What!!!! The reason has to be they can only get so many pools from the manufacturer. If I were to guess; my guess would be they are a small company that only has 1 or 2 crews. So they don't buy alot of pools. (Fiberglass). So the manufacturer of course gives to pools to the high volume pool companies. Only a guess. I had to edit the review to 3 stars. Owners response was to blame me. Again, only guessing here; that's why they are a "small" business. Businesses have a tendency not to grow if ownership blames customers. Still good luck to them, maybe they can have a positive take away, isn't that what reviews are for?

It came out nice but my friend and I had to put the retaining wall stairs in ourselves or no concrete would have been able to be placed. Glue tops that they missed. Fill in missing blocks since they didn't have enough. Their only contractor Frank Bradshaw refused to do it even though they were paid to. Had to locate and purchase missing blocks that were supposed to be supplied prior to concrete placement. Unfortunately after paying all this money it was not a very pleasant experience for them. They delete comments/reviews on their Facebook page to make it seem like they're top notch, when in realitythey're not. Would not recommend.
