Incredible buying and delivering experience that took all the stress out of everything! The staff were kind, helpful and knowledgeable and my family will ONLY be using Story & Lee for all our future furniture needs.

We made the drive from Spring Hill, so about an hour off the beaten path for us.

While our furniture isn't delivered yet (we just purchased), I can assure you the customer service / attention we received was a throw back to a time when people and relationships mattered.

It felt like family taking care of family.

All that good stuff aside, the selection and quality of the merchandise was awesome at prices that are reasonable.

Ask for Stephanie she was extremely patient and helpful.

A+++++ visit!!! I have walking difficulties in which I use 2 canes. I knew I couldn't ambulate the showroom. So, I called and spoke with Stephanie, in sales, to see if they had a means of accommodating me to check on a new recliner. She stated they have wheelchairs. But, she said the recliners I'm looking for aren't far from the door. When I arrived, I was greeted nicely and I asked for Stephanie. Stephanie came over but was in mid transaction with another customer. She said I'm gonna ask Michael to help you. He was very considerate of my physical disability. He asked me all kinds of so he had an idea of just what I was looking for. He asked me to have a seat in one of the recliners as he navigated the inventory looking for what I described during his questioning. He made my experience very easy, pleasant and enjoyable. By the way, I bought the very 1st one he showed me! I should arrive 3/10. I can't wait!!!

We where shopping for recliners and this place had what we wanted in stock and delivered the next day for free! Chip was awesome and super helpful. The in house delivery guys where very helpful and fast in setting up our new chairs!

High end furniture with reasonable prices. Unfortunately many pieces are made in China and are worth nothing. But this establishment sells good furniture. We keep returning due to the service and the quality.

Lindsey was an exceptional sales person. Very kind and knowledgeable..was not pushy and allowed us shopping space which was so refreshing. We would definitely return because of the variety of furniture but also because of our great salesperson Lindsey!.

Without a doubt, this place is the real deal! It was quite a drive to get to from our house but more than worth it. When we pulled up in the parking lot there were many cars and as we opened the door we found out why. This place is one gigantic showroom of furniture! The lady who took care of us was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful and she made excellent suggestions that helped tremendously! We left feeling very good about our purchase and we will tell all our friends about this experience!

Recently had an issue with a sofa I purchased years ago, Meta was very helpful in getting replacement cores and Alex came to our home to replace them and was such a nice young man.

I have spent over $30K here over the years, but most I still have. Quality furniture at acceptable prices. It's worth the trip if you live in huntsville or surrounding area.

Large selection of quality furniture. Employees did not follow me, they allowed me to look around for a few minutes then they were there to assist me if I had questions. Enjoy shopping there and will return to make a purchase soon.

One of the best place to buy a solid, sturdy and stylish furniture. Its a hidden gem, many options to choose from, price is very reasonable for the good quality furniture. Francesa was great, helped us out for master bedroom furniture set, very easy to work with no pressure and great follow ups. The team who came to setup furniture was amazing, delivery was on time, overall excellent experience.

What a great experience we just had at Story & Lee in Leoma, TN. First of all, we had no idea the store was so huge. It is enormous and filled with beautiful furniture! Secondly, our sales associate, Jessica, was incredibly helpful. She spent hours with us as we shopped; educating us about styles, manufacturers, craftsmanship, and durability. She was very knowledgeable and very friendly. Third, I can't say enough about the incredible prices. We were able to purchase several items and still have money left in the budget. Since we have many rooms to furnish, we plan to return next week and spend the money we saved to buy some more needed pieces. Great job, Story & Lee. You are well worth the drive.

We had looked all over town for months - for a sofa for our home. Someone recommended Story & Lee, which was a great experience! The staff, salespeople, prices, merchandise, show room = all A+! Dustin was our salesman, and he went out of his way to help us find the perfect sofa and end tables. We will definitely buy from them again in the future. Great store!!

This has to be the best furniture store I've ever been to. IT'S MASSIVE!!!! The owner is an incredibly nice guy. The salesman i use when I go there is Chip. He is amazing, helps you find what you want... not what he wants. Absolutely no pressure at all. They also deliver and set up everything. Its the only place I buy furniture... if they don't have it, they can get it.

Just moved to the area and needed a house full of furniture. I found everything here. The staff were so polite and helpful, the selection was excellent with special items to be found all over their awesome showroom. Highly recommended!

Went today and got a new king size bedroom suit and mattress. Stephanie helped us and she was absolutely amazing to work with! She was so patient with us and all of the questions we had! Will definitely be a returning customer
