Found a nail in my tire after hours, Was unsure where to go until a family member referred me here. The service was quick and affordable. I was in luck to find a shop that is open 24hrs super helpful. They even had dogs/pups to make my visit even more enjoyable despite the stressful situation. I will be a returning customer here. Call J&I on a Sunday afternoon hauling a trailer that had a blowout. They said it would be an hour and a half which I was OK with. However they showed up In 30 minutes with the tires I needed. Cesar was friendly and god bless him it was 104 degrees outside and he got to work and got us back on the road in no time at all. Note he had all this done BEFORE my roadside assistance was scheduled to show up. I would definitely recommend them...

I first called to verify they were open, which they were. They would have also sent out their service truck if I happen to need them to come to me. These guys helped me out in a pinch on a Sunday. I needed to swap out 2 trailer rims and old tires. They got right to work swapping everything out. They were friendly and helpful! Highly recommend!

I came home late one night with a completely flat tire. I could hear the hissing from a gash in the sidewall under my truck and knew within an hour it would be totally flat. I didn't want to drive my truck to the tire shop on a flat, and I was swamped with work and preparation for leaving town. I called J&I to come take care of a repair for me. It was very efficient and easy. Two hours after calling, someone showed up, inspected the tire and said it couldn't be repaired. Fortunately I had an extra full size tire in my garage, which the guy used to promptly replace the tire. I could have done it myself, but honestly didn't have the time given the circumstances. They helped me in a pinch!

3:30 am, tire blowout middle of nowhere and 183 I Google tire shop knowing Im going to wait till8-9am to reach anyone.. But then He anserd! Im like sorry to wake you , he has real good attitude and Came in a big truck big lights felt safe and Took payment right on the side of the road! Thank y'all saved my night!

Praise Jesus Christ that these men work 24/7 and are servant minded. I was 11min away when my tire had a slow leak from a 3inch nail. They patched my tire at 6:45pm Sunday for $20 and my gf and I went on our way as planned. Thank you for staying open after hours.

If you need someone to come out and replace a tire for you, these are the guys. I own a tree service and we have blow outs from time to time. Every time it happens, Youngblood and Southern Tire Mart are absolutely useless, and every time it happens, J and I Tire get us back on the road quickly and affordably.

Don't even bother calling the competition, these are the guys you want. Thanks J and I!

These guys are awesome ! Blew a steer tire from someone gashing the sidewall with their trailer and called these guys and they said would be an hour they were on site in 30 mins and changed the tire in 10 mins ! Awesome service, employees are very nice and fast service!! Also had called a few other places they couldn’t help didn’t have the tire we needed or didn’t do roadside assistance!!

We had a tire blow out in the trailer in the middle of the night in a Saturday. Without hesitation, they answered my call and told me they were on it. They didn't take long to get there and change it right away. They are life savers, and we will continuously keep using them and recommending them to all our colleagues

They were the company that came out to fix our RV's blowout on the side of the highway on the east side of Austin. They brought us a tire, and took care of everything right on the spot while we headed down the road to do some errands we had to deal with. When we got back they were finishing up and gave me a complete run down on the possible issues with all 5 other tires and showed me what they saw. Honest and helpful which is pretty above average for most customer service levels these days! I did more research after that day to replace the other tires and they actually gave me the whole experience for less than what most places were charging just for the tire without installation, let alone road-side. Great guys that I wouldn't hesitate to use for any tire issue or concern if I'm anywhere near Austin.

When they're at 3:30 a.m. on a Saturday night. Little bit of a different type of place. Guy wouldn't wake up for 10 minutes. But once I got him up he did great work, fast timing. Appreciative for places that are 24 hours. Would definitely use again

These guys were great. Had a screw in my tire and this was the place closestto my home. They didn't have a used tire so I was gonna have to grab a newbie, which was of course much more expensive. They checked out my tire before changing it out and told me it was actually patchable! Been driving on the patched tire for weeks now, no problems. Went from a$90 problem to a $15 problem (well, $20 problem.. I rounded up and threw in a $5 tip.)

I'll both recommend this place to friends and return for all future tire needs of my own.

Needed my tire changed and was having a problem finding someone to come to remote location. J&I Tire were the only ones willing to come. Very friendly and FAST!! Price was also fair. I will use them in the future!
