River Forest Manufactured Housing and RV Community

I love it here. It’s very quiet, and the manager & neighbors are so kind. Everyone is very helpful. I have never had an issue here. A family friendly park.

Good place to live not to badly priced with the market. Expect high electric bill though. Sara is a good manager and does what she can. Ty for everything!!!!

Only visited once, but got the feeling that it was a nice little area. Was very quiet and cozy.

I have been in this park for a while manger is great it's 10 times better and new owners have done improvements love it here

I worked as an Onsite Manager of RiverForest Mobile Home Community and I have to say that it was an experience that impacted my life and my career. I only wish that I was able to stay long enough to have impacted the success if the community. I am not able to say it was because I wasn't given every opportunity to grow, learn and succeed as an onsite Manager. In spite of the growing pains that this community has suffered it is not because the owners don't truly care and wish to enhance to quality of stay their residents experience. Its just part of finding the right person for the job and trust me they did everything right by me! For personal reasons I was not able to meet their expectations, it wasnt lack of inspiration or incentives on their part. It was my lack of my own personal experiences. This 2017 I can say I have come full circle in my life and now I have a better understanding of and desire for success and what it takes to get there. I will forever appreciate the opportunity I had to make a change for the Riverforest Community. I am grateful for the relationship that I still have with the people that believed in me and my vision.
