I cannot praise this clinic enough!
After my oldest pup appeared to suddenly be losing her vision, they treated her like she was their own! They got her in immediately, was ready to find a specialist and had several successful follow ups. She's back to herself 100% and I'm so grateful Oubre and Dr Powell were there! We just moved to TXK and so glad we quickly found a clinic and vet we can depend on!

I recently switched from my vet that I had been using for 10 years and the only bad thing I have found is that I wish I would have done it sooner! They are just awesome! You are seen at the time your appointment is set for, not 30 minutes later & Dr. Powell takes the time to talk with you and address everything you have concerns about. Their pricing is soooo much more affordable then other places and the service is top notch! I will recommend this vet office over any other in town. Just the two dogs I have taken there so far I have not left out of there with unanswered questions or feeling like my pet was not taken care of. If I could give them more then 5 stars I would! I take my babies health very serious so that is saying a lot! Keep up the fantastic work Oubre Animal Clinic!

The Oubre clinic has been treating my fur babies off and on for close to 20 years. I recently had to let go of my oldest. The Vets and Staff were amazingly supportive of the decision I had to make and allowed space to be without pressure. They always have done their best for our animals.

Im changing this from 4 to 5 stars. Excellent care for all my pets from brand new baby kitties, general care for any sickness, x-rays, to putting down our family dog in which they gave us space and allowed us to say goodbye in private for as long as we needed.. Took her footprint on plaster and gifted that to us which is so treasured at home. Made such a horrible experience into something tolerable. Thank you to both Dr's, AND the whole staff! Everyone is always nice, and they get the job done🥰 We'll be back😄

Dr. Powell is great! Not only does he and the entire staff take great care of my animals, but he always remembers who we are and even things we discussed years ago. I highly recommend Oubre Animal Clinic.

They have always provided my pets with the best care. My wife and I had to put a beloved pet to sleep. They revealed a caring heart in the kindness and care both our pet and we received during this difficult time. On another occasion we had a medical emergency and with flashers on arrived at their clinic. They met us and immediately ushered us to the doctor. He quickly provided the treatment necessary for our pet. When we are unable to travel with our pets we board them at Oubre Animal Clinic. We can enjoy our trip knowing our dog is well cared for. My wife and I appreciate the professionalism of both the doctors and staff. We feel blessed to have them available for our pets needs!!!

I had a emergency medical incident with my dog,G.G. Unfortunately, she had to be put down. The staff was beyond compassionate and showed my beloved dog nothing but love while they examined her. The way they handled putting her down was with as much kindness and respect as anyone could ever hope for. They made the experience as painless as they could and for thus,I thank them.

We've taken two cats in recently for their shots and oil change.....

In and out quickly, cost about a hundred bucks each but worth the knowing that disease or parasites won't be slowly killing them.
Complimentary flea medication was given, as you may know that stuff isn't cheap over the years, but a nice gift received.

I have nothing but high regards for the staff and doctors at Oubre. We've used them several times for our two cats since moving here and always receive the most professional service. You can make an appointment or just walk-in and still receive excellent care and service.

My dog loved the doctor and tech. Great people, they got us in quickly, and are reasonably priced.

Very friendly and helpful staff. I had to call after my dogs surgery in the middle of the night and the on call reached the Dr. And she was back with me in less than 5 minutes. Thank you for saving my friend Andy Cain (PIT).

The Doctor's are very caring and excellent, the staff is friendly and willing to help, wouldn't trust my fur babies with anyone else.

Love them. They have been taking care of our pets for years now. Recently when our cat got fixed she kept licking her incision and it became infected. It of course was the weekend and they were closed but I messaged Dr. Pfluger on facebook she got back to me right away. I sent pictures and she told me what to do for her. Oubre is the only place we will bring our pets.

They take great care of our fur kids!
