Cavender's Boot City

We love this store and everything about it. Great service, clothes, decor, accessories, jewelry, candles, purses, perfume/ cologne, hats, hat reshaping...etc.

I was interested in purchasing the Stetson 6X Skyline in Granite Gray and contacted Customer Service via e-mail about getting the hat brim cut down from 4" to a 3" brim. They responded and said it could be done and to call the Cavender's Store in Texarkana, TX. and they would do it. I went to the store and picked out the hat and within 10 minutes they were finished with it. It turned out perfectly and it's a very sharp looking hat.
The entire staff was very friendly, helpful and courteous.
You just can't beat the service!

Had a really great experience here and ask for a solid boot person. Haven't been able to wear boots for almost a decade because of foot problem so I wear flip-flops Everywhere I Go. That may not sound so bad in Texarkana but I live in Denver and we have snow. They connected me with the young fella named Chase and he spent a lot of time with me and I walked out with two pair of boots as did one of my buddies that was with me another. I really appreciated that he took the time that he took any listen to what I had to say and he educated me on what I really needed considering my foot challenge. He's a nice young fellow and I also got to pray with him. He's an asset to your company because of the kind of character that he has in compartment he portrays. Thank you

The employees were super nice and friendly. The assistant store manager offered to stretch a pair of boots that I had purchased from another store. We bought some shirts on sale. They had selection of western boots and clothing. I would shop there again.

Large selection of boots and western wear for both men and women. Also hats, belts and accessories. Very friendly sales staff. Was asked by several if I needed help or had questions. I was in a few days before Christmas and the store was well stocked and well staffed.
