This location has the BEST employees! Emily and Skylar were so helpful and could tell I needed some help making my selections. They listened to my wants and made the appropriate recommendations. I will definitely be back to see these lovely ladies!

I’d just like to give an amazing review to IFANIE and TAYLOR for being completely amazing when it comes to customer service and how they best explained the products being sold in this store! Upon entering the store Taylor was quick to greet and welcome me and as I became a little curious about the products being sold for Men Ifanie offered her assistance, explained and recommended which products would best suit me and my sexual life! I would highly recommend this location and the staff that works here to anyone that is interested in trying out some of their adult products or needing some general info before purchasing the products! I appreciate you IFANIE and TAYLOR for the solid customer service!

The ladies that work there are sooooo kind and helpful! They know their products and also open the box to make sure you're not leaving with anything defective, specially since you can't return it.

I went into Cindie's today to purchase something for my vacation. I was helped by a blonde lady behind the counter. I didn't get her name, but she was very nice and answered any questions I had about the products. She showed me stuff lots of different products that I probably wouldn't have looked at otherwise. I almost spent way to much money because she was so helpful! Lol. She also ensured that they worked before I left the store. I will be returning soon. Thanks for everything!

First time purchasing a lace up corset and the ladies are wonderful! Didn’t have a clue what I was doing but they both offered insight and helped me pick the perfect one!

The staff at this store was extremely helpful, customer service was through the roof which I think is definitely important for this industry. I think if everyone has an open and understanding attitude walking in they will have the same experience. I never expected to feel as comfortable as I did and the prices are reasonable.

My wife and I was greeted by a beautiful blonde who we found out was the manager who has been there 17-18 yes. We purchased an item and got home and thought it was broken. My wife called and she said bring it back for a replacement if needed. She figured out what was wrong and which was not the product but the operator lol. She didn't have to do that and went above what anyone else would have done for us. We will definitely return and tell our friends of the great service we received.

Wife and I came for the first time. It's naturally kinda nerve racking going to adult shops but an employee named Maria made our shopping very fun. She's energetic and makes it less nerve racking and is very knowledgeable and products and isn't shy about giving her opinion on items she has tried. I'd recommend asking for Maria if you're shy in adult shops as we are.
