St. Joseph Health Grimes Hospital - Navasota, TX

The nurses Jill and Amanda were with my mother and I through everything she had to experience. They socialized with us, made us feel human, and one of them gave me snacks! They're nurses who genuinely enjoy their job and make patients feel safe and even in a higher spirit. 100 stars!!!

On September 12th, we had to take my son to the ER for a broken collarbone from his football game. Being from out of town, it was easy to find and a short distance from the Navasota football field.

As I checked him in, the admissions personnel was so understanding that we still had school insurance that needed to he added to the file. The image I recieved wasn't quite readable so she ensured me that she would call the school the next morning and for me just to focus on my son.

Our nurse April was amazing. She showed such wonder bedside manner to a young boy in pain. She took her time and allowed him to do things at his pace. The information she provided was on level for him to understand.

The radiology department was was amazing. They were able to take his images without causing him any further pain. I even forgot to get copies of the images, so I called the next day and they had then waiting for us to pick up that day. This worked out great because we had a follow up appointment to the orthopedic on Friday per the doctor's recommendation.

The doctor was able to provide us his professional opinion and got us on our way quickly as possible.

April finished up with instructions for the injury. She even had school notes ready as they didn't think my son would be up for school a couple of days due to pain.

I would recommend this hospital ER to anyone that finds themselves in the area and have a need.

Better than memorial Herman or HCA BS! The staff was nice and at least allowed me to explain. Kept me comfortable to their best until they got in contact with my doctor and a pre admit waiting in the medical center. Thanks for caring and loving your job. We truly appreciate all the hard work that the medical field staff put into it every day. Keep loving to save a life.

My child had fallen and hurt her elbow/arm. The check in at the hospital was done very quickly. The nurse and doctor were in the room within 5 minutes. The x-ray tech was with another patient but came to the room in a very timely manner after that. We got a diagnosis and instructions quickly. The entire process took just a little over an hour. We were very pleased with the professionalism of this visit at the hospital.

Got a total knee replacement and was referred here by a friend. Getting back my balance, endurance, and walking again. They assess and monitor you with exercises designed for you and they are kind and thorough. Facility is relaxed, clean and modern. I recommend them 100%. ( Thought I had hurt my knee, dropped in and James looked at it and said he thought it was just scar tissue. At my appointment the surgeon agreed. Saved me a lot of worrying.) Grateful for a facility that goes above and beyond.

Excellent. I tried to get n x ray at Bryan St josephs Imaging - but they have no techs. So I came down to my neighborhood corrage hospital at Navasota. Friday evening - in/ out 20min Kim in imaging is professional

I experienced an injury while playing with my dog, and I knew I needed immediate care, and probably stitches. I didn't know where to go get stitches and I asked my neighbor. She offered to take me to Navasota/ St.Joseph. I didn't even know there was a hospital in Navasota. I know now ...thank goodness. I have never been treated so kindly. The hospital w as s clean and comfortable & the staff were knowledgeable and so kind. I cant reccomend them high enough!

I have been to the ER a couple of times for myself and with others. They are so nice and are able to take care of anything. Wait time has been minimal

Beautiful landscape friendly workers Mrs Toni works in the kitchen was very helpful she directed us to the area we were lost trying to find front line workers at the front desk were very friendly

Everyone at St Joseph Hospital are friendly and helpful. I went in for a x-ray they did a great job.

My neighbor could no longer stand to walk. He is recently released from prison. He has nothing. Took him to the E-room in his ragged clothing and they treated him as if he were the President of the USA ! A true testament to care and concern. They truly exemplify the Fruits of the Spirit.....

I’ve been to this emergency room five times in the past 12 months. Staff is very friendly and very attentive to your needs. No long waits and would recommend to everyone.

I really enjoyed the experience . I learned quite a bit about my condition and the staff and therapist Connie are warm and receptive.

Great group of personnel, they were polite very efficient got the job done.

I am going to outpatient therapy! Everything is going well & am very pleased with everyone working there.

I am very pleased with the therapy and very capable and caring therapists that I am working with to get me back on my feet following my Lumbar Laminectomy and Foraminotomy. YOU GUYS ROCK

Fantastic ER doctor and staff! The best ... and I've been in a lot of ER"s.

The service that is given me tonight on night shift is amazing staff so friendly ,take time to answer all questions, go over just to make you feel comfortable during your time of need the perfect place if you not feeling well !

So impressed with the professionalism and friendly service of the Physical Therapy clinic. Thank you!
