Wow❤Best “Boston Cream Pie Cake” I have ever had heck yeah🤘 After making them…they freeze them…so defrost it first!

Friendly customer service. Wide selection of fresh produce and I can find different pantry items that are not available at other grocery stores in the area. The pharmacy is very efficient and I never have to wait in line for over 5 minutes. The pharmacy staff is knowledgeable and helpful.

Great visit shopping today.
I found everything I was looking for and then some. I got a late start shopping today and was afraid I might not get everything I needed. I feared that the shelves would need restocking, but not today. I was seeing full shelves. I was not going to need to make another trip out shopping to get everything on my list.
Then, at checkout, there was a short wait. My full basket was bagged carefully by the best bagger I have ever seen. No overstuffed bags crushing vegetables or bread. Bags were tied shut that needed it. Excellent work! Her name was Taylin, and that girl deserves a raise and a promotion.

Update:
Yesterday, my HEB visit was during the prime shopping peak. I am always worried that I'm gonna be stuck in line at checkout forever. Well, I must say that even when your in a line 3 deep, which is rare because there are plenty of lanes open, it has never taken me more than 5 to 6 minutes at the most before it's my turn. This is even behind large purchases like mine of 150$ to 450$. All the cashiers and baggers are fast and know how to do their job properly. Great work, HEB!!!

Update:
A few months ago, HEB reorganized the whole store. I had a difficult time doing my usual shopping. Since then, I have been reacoustomed to the location of my items, but now I have found some new products to add to my regular list. I guess that was their plan, so I guess that worked out for us both. Thank you, HEB.

Love HEB curbside pickup is amazing I buy in bulk and they hardly ever complain.

I just finished shopping here with my mama and grandma. This grocery store has great customer service. We had the pleasure of being serviced by Tim, Jayden, a short caucasian lady that was by the fruit and vegetables (I'm sorry I don't know her name, but hopefully she and the store management knows who she is). They were very friendly and helpful. I recommend this store to anyone who is looking for great customer service.

Love the store like everyone else, but I wanted to post this review to say the loaded pot stickers are addicting. Please make more varieties.

They have an excellent floral section. It's the best I've seen inside a grocery store.

I loved this HEB it was so worth the drive they have so much more..

Very clean, staff is always courteous and helpful. They have a bigger selection of fruit and veggies than another local HEB. There is always a greater variety of 'healthy' items. However, it's more expensive than other grocery stores in the area, but reasonable. You will not be waiting long in line, the managers there will open up new lines right away. Once they forgot to put an item in my bags, and replaced it with my receipt. My go to store 😁

Love the way they have everything cut and ready to go (pineapples & limes) are the best. The pre-made salads are great too.

H.E.B. is a great grocery store, it has a wonderful selection and it is very clean. They always have enough check-out registers open so you don't have to wait in line a long time. Their prices are very good on all of their groceries.

Great prices, friendly people, fast service. Much rather this place or market basket over Walmart.

This store is new in Nederland TX., they offer a big variety on everything fruit, warm food to take out, salads, beer and all of it is fresh...

Love shopping here, but hate how the parking lot. Not many open spaces and a pain to enter/exit the main road. Fresh produce and excellent meat. Prices are also comparable to Walmart.

Best grocery store I've been to.

I love this store its usualy well stocked with all my familiar brands. Hate how the isles are more narrow now. Verry difficult to shop and itvwasnt even a buisy day I can only imagine the traffic jambs thatvare sure to happen on EVERY isle on a buisy day. Come on HEB do better!

A great store and a great selection.

We just been waiting for them to combine the two Pantry stores from one on Gulfway Drive and the one on 32nd Street to combine them into one bigger store. But for some reason where going to put it not enough land. So we still got the two Pantry stores and one large store in Port Arthur. But other than that great selection just need some more items in the store..
IT would be good to let them know because we've been waiting for the second large location of HEB so we can have a bigger and better selection of things like they have in the two large stores in Beaumont. we only got just one the one located on Highway 365 and Twin City Highway here in Port Arthur
