Robles Mexican Restaurant

Great food and great service! Stopped in fora late dinner 30 min before closing. They still sat us and gave friendly and unrushed service. The restaurant isn’t fancy but the servings are generous and the shrimp enchiladas were delicious. Family-owned and operated for 18 years. ❤

Wonderful little place with some amazing food. It's a cozy little place and a lot of it's on the menu plus add all the daily specials on the chalk board when you walk in the place. Check out the lunch specials.
It took me a while to read through the menu and absorb it all.

In the meantime the nicely seasoned salsa with chips kept me preoccupied.
They even had Jaritos and I settled on the Fajitas combo for one.

The beef, chicken, onions and peppers came on a sizzling black iron slab with wood undertray. Second plate had the rice, refried beans, sour cream, pico de gio and guacamole . There was also a good sized lime wedge to drizzle lime juice over the meat and rice.

The meat was cooked to perfection and full of flavour. Rice was fully cooked and nice and fluffy, beans were good and consistent and nothing burned or undercooked.

Portion size was just perfect. Waiter was very attentive and literally within earshot the whole time.

I will definitely be back to this place to try more things off the menu.

Amazing diner, drive-in & dive!!!! Food was really really good - surprisingly! We weren’t expecting much, but fajitas & fried guacamole was spectacular! Service was great....they were flying around making sure everyone was taken care of! Would definitely recommend!

Super accomodating kitchen staff! Vegetarians and vegans rejoice! (They can even do gluten free). I was able to order a chimichanga filled with hot grilled veggies and beans, served along side rice, beans, pico, and guac.

We love this place. Tamales are great - good balance between masa and filling. And ask about their burgers - not on the menu, but they are terrific!!! It's hard to know whether to order my fave combo #6 or the burger, but you can't go wrong with anything on the menu.

Great food at great service, parking for big trucks just go around the restaurant, great value

All I can say is there are not enough Stars. If you are ever in the area do not pass up this restaurant. If you have to wait to be seated go ahead and sit down and wait for the goodness to come. The beef fajitas are to die for just be careful with those jalapenos.

Wasn't expecting anything special as I looked at the appearance from the outside but thought I look at their menu and grab something quick. Walked in and smelled like cigarettes so was turned off by that. Ordered couple of their items and was surprised by the taste and quality of the food - it was just fantastic! Portions were typical of a comparable restaurant but the entire family loved it. Only downside was that I wanted to substitute chicken/ beef with shrimps (would've obviously paid add-on) but i was told I couldn't change it.

I know it’s a Mexican restaurant, but GET THE CHEESEBURGER. It’s not on the menu, but order it! The salsa is very good also. Don’t get me wrong, the lunch specials are excellent too, but this is the place to get a real cheeseburger and fries. Wait staff is sweet and the place is clean. Don’t be afraid of how the outside of the restaurant looks…excellent food and service.

Big Beef Burrito lunch special had chopped fajita meat in it. Very, very good!

The food here was delicious. Will definitely be returning. There was 3 of us dining there and we ALL LOVED it!!

Love the food and such wonderful people! Even short handed we were taken care of and totally enjoyed the food and pepper! Do go! So worth it!!!

Robles is a great Small Town restaurant in Centerville Texas! I found this best kept secret while driving around enjoying the scenery. Rebecca is the sweetest lady and always get your order just right!

Awesome food owners are the sweetest made my husband his 50th birthday here and they made everything look nice especially taste amazing great ethnic Food !!!!! Thank you so much we will be back!!

Rebecca was great. She approached us with nothing less than perfection. Rebecca's timing was absolutely on target. Double checking the table, serving plated lunch, refills, ect. She was very busy with others but found time for our questions/inquiries concerning menu items.

Friendly staff, had the fajitas enchiladas and tacos ,very good. Byob because it's a dry town . Overall I would definitely recommend .

Excellent food. I can't wait to drive through that town again. Everything tasted delicious. Also, excellent customer service.

Closest thing to actual authentic Mexican food I've had in awhile. Don't let the outside deter you from coming in and trying this place. Very good food.
