Woodlands Rainbow Flowers & Gifts

I am from out of state so I went on-line and ordered a flower centerpiece from The Woodlands Flowers. net. I had selected a desert bouquet with pastel peach, light green, and white in a light wood box. They said they would match it to picture the best they could and deliver it on time. Well, they did deliver it on time, however, my mother sent a picture and I was a bit disappointed when I saw dark, bright flowers, and a black box. I called immediately. Jane was very understanding and helpful and said she could do an exchange within a few hours. She did! She made an amazing centerpiece using the pastel colors they had and had it exchanged within a few hours. I was very happy with the customer service and also with the absolutely gorgeous centerpiece she had made. Thank you so much for doing outstanding customer service!!

The reviews do not match the service I received, I ordered on line and miss keyed my CC, they took the time to call me and text and sent a email so I would not miss the delivery window. I called to follow up on the delivery since it was a surprise. They were happy to give me a update and to let me know it was delivered. My wife love the arrangement. This is the second time I used them, and I will be using them again!!!!

I went to Woodlands Rainbow Flowers and Gifts at the last minute before my trip and Jennifer went above and beyond my expectations with the best customer experience in long time. I didn’t read any reviews when i placed my order online. After i started reading all the recent reviews and i got scared my mom would not receive her flowers. My mom in fact did receive her flowers and she loves them!!

My sister had a baby and we didn't have time to prepare, I called rainbow flowers, I showed up at closing time, she helped me anyway! She last minute put together a bouquet and door hanger! She customized both. I'm not sure about the bad reviews on here but I had the opposite experience the owner is a very nice and graceful woman that helped me with expertise and a beautiful memento. ♥♥♥ I will always return here when I can.

I had a last minute order that needed to be delivered the same day. I placed an online order at 8:00am and the flowers were delivered by 11:30am. The flowers were beautiful and worth the price! I will definitely be using this florist for my next purchase. Thank you so much for making a very special person smile with such short notice!

I ordered online and accidentally put the wrong house number on the delivery address. Woodlands Flowers contacted me and went out of their way to ensure the arrangement was delivered to the correct address! Juan saved Mother’s Day!

I was recommended this flower shop by a friend that had used it to get flowers for her brother’s funeral. I was a little hesitant because since I had red some of the other reviews posted. I can happily say that not only did they not disappoint but they did a MUCH better job than I expected. I went in person and the lady that helped me was very patient with me while I went over all the flower options they offered.

When I showed up to the funeral the family thanked me for the flowers and mentioned it was the nicest arrangement out of all the ones that were sent. I will definitely be using them going forward.

Received the fruit basket as a gift! It’s awesome and even nicer than the picture! I highly recommend them. UPDATES:: just got another basket from them it was absolutely awesome!! We’ve had several things from them and I cannot be happier… And I’m very particular. I know other people have complained, but I’m telling you take a chance on them… they do a beautiful beautiful job. We are the ones receiving the product and I’m a scale of 1 to 10 I give them a 10.

At first I was a little hesitant to use this company due to the reviews but I'm glad I didn't let that stop me. The lady that answered the phone was very professional and extremely nice. My 93 year old father-in-law just lost his best friend and wanted to send some roses to the family. The lady at the flower shop was kind enough to send me photos of the flowers we ordered and they are very beautiful. So my suggestion is to anyone reading this is simple: don't let someone's opinion from over a year ago (google shows all negative reviews first) deter you from choosing this company. Try them out and form you OWN opinion. I had a wonderful experience and if you give them a chance, I'm sure you will as well. Thanks to The Woodlands Flowers Too for all your help!

Purchased some flowers for a friend’s funeral and they did a great job. I thought twice of using them because of the previous reviews but I’m glad I went with my instinct. My family runs a small business so we know that if you work with 1,000 customers only the 2-3 of them that aren’t happy are the ones that are going to leave reviews.

I am extremely happy! They were on time, and same day delivery! They did great! The arrangement was wonderful. The flowers were beautiful and fresh! The bear I ordered with it was absolutely adorable! And it was bigger than I thought it would be! Amazing job! In the future I'll order again! Thank you so much! The person whom I ordered the flowers for loved them!

I've used Rainbow florist ever since I was 16, now in my sixties I'll still use them. For great service I've have always used WL. He's knows customer service. This guy goes above and beyond the call of duty.

The person who answered the phone " jane " was super helpful and courtious. I ordered roses and they were delivered within 3 hours of my call. I highly recommend using this florist to put a smile on your loved ones face 😁.

Today I stopped in on my way to my niece's elementary graduation. I picked out a rose for her, then realized I'd forgotten my wallet at home! The lady in the store was kind enough to put me on the honor system - even wrapped the rose up with plastic and ribbon! Thanks so much for the great customer service and for allowing me to pay after the ceremony so I wouldn't be late!

They were very patient on the phone with me as I googled each flowering plant that they named. My friend received the plant exactly as they said, "In Bloom" which was very important to me.

I love the arrangement I received last night. A cheerful basket with white lilies and yellow mums and carnations. Truly delighted. Thanks!
