T-Mobile Authorized Retailer

Switched to T-Mobile from Verizon to save about $50 a month. Went to the Portland T-Mobile for the switch and could not be happier with their service. Because of some issues with our Verizon phones it took about three hours to complete the transfer but associates helped us every step of the way and were very polite. Then, after some issues with T-Mobile's promotion rules, the store manager, Robert, stepped up and handled the situation to take care of my wife and I. Robert's customer service is some of the best I have ever received and I would recommend anyone to his store. Thanks for your help, appreciate it.

Domonique was amazing and extremely helpful! She help me transfer over 500 contacts on an old flip phone. It didn't take all of them at once but she was amazingly nice enough to asked if I wanted her to transfer each one, one by one! She also answered all my questions I had about new phones, watches and the transfer from Sprint to T-Mobile. I had a horrible experience in Corpus with two different stores so glad I came to Portland.

I went into Tmobile the other day and I ended up switching services and I got a new phone that same hour! Juan was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the products and services Tmobile has and when he explained to me all the benefits offered I couldn't delay to make the change. He was so nice and he definitely knew what he was doing. I'm thankful to have him help me every step of the way and in a expeditious manner. Post-Harvey my calls constantly dropped and I did not have good service (nor did I have unlimited data) but now that's no longer an issue. Thanks Juan!!!!

It was business. I needed a service, they gave me what I wanted, and all was good. Wait time is based on how many people are there when you get there.. Be well prepared before you get there so things will go smoothly. Be patient with everybody because we're all dealing with something in one form or another.

First time we were there at T-mobile we had a girl help us she was just ok not real friendly ! Went back today and Joe was the greatest can’t say enough he was so kind and friendly and caring 👍
