Ruby Tuesday

Great customer service, fast & attentive, with an expansive menu. Building is showing it’s age, but is well maintained. Food was made fresh & tasted great.

I came and was sat immediately. My server Kim Sims came to the table with the best attitude and smile. She was quick with everything and also made sure we didn’t need anything during the whole time. She was the best server. I wish there were many more like her. 10/10

The ribs was a little tough! Not falling off of the bone unlike other ruby Tuesdays I've eaten at. The ruby relaxer taste like a sweet drink without any alcohol! Our waitress was very courteous and nice. I would love to come back & eat here & maybe the next time the ribs will be tender.

Enjoyed the visit here. Food was very good. Our waitress, Jennifer, was friendly and helpful. I ordered the Impossible burger and fries. Glad to see that on the menu. Salad bar is consistently good.

I visit Ruby Tuesday for Mother's Day.It was full of mothers and their family.The time was worth waiting for;food was good.They were understaffed.But they did great with customer service.The cook Taz did great; he was the only cook when we visit.He also was training another Cook.He handle the orders with dignity and love

Wasn't very busy for lunch which made for speedy and friendly service with Jennifer. Salad bar was well stocked and I received a good portion of chicken and broccoli pasta. Will be back again. Thanks!

We dine in frequently, the food is always first rate. Our waitress Kimberly W, is especially attentive, keeps our drinks topped off. 5 stars

The sever was very nice and sweet. Took our order and got our food out very quickly. We ask for her everytime she’s working. Her name is Kim Sims.

The food was great! The customer service was fast and friendly. I never had to ask for refills. And the restaurant was clean. Will dine again!

Our server was great. It took longer than expected to get our food. I ordered scallops and I expected large scallops from the picture in the menu but received small bay scallops. It was a good meal. My friend ordered the pot roast. I thought it looked disgusting and more like a stew than roast.

The food from the kitchen was good. The salad bar becomes more limited every time we visit. The spring mix on the salad bar had a lot of pieces that were wilted and dark. Our server, Phoebe, was great! She was attentive and made a very positive impression.

Kim Sims is by far the best server I’ve ever had. She was on top of getting my order out to me, keeping my drink filled. She was so respectful and such a nice sweet young lady. She deserves to be recognized for her hard work.

We are staying at wind Creek and as it's a rainy evening decided to go out to eat. I got the pork chop with potatoes and grilled zucchini. Everything was very good, however, the pork chop was outstanding! The sauce was delicious! Also the server was darn near perfect! Phoebe took excellent care of us and took time to interact with my 5 year old. I couldn't be more pleased with our evening.

Mrs Stephanie is the best went in and she was doing all the cooking she had no help and ran the kitchen like a boss

We arrived and our server Kayla came over, introduced herself and took our drink orders. Before going to get our drinks she told us about specials that were available. She returned with our drinks and took our order. We both ordered ribeyes and potatoes. I ALWAYS order my steak VERY rare, some people call it Pittsburgh and others call it Blue, but it almost never comes out like I want it. This was my first time ordering a steak here but Kayla assured me that the cook would know what I meant. Our food arrived very quickly and Kayla stayed until we tried the steaks. OH MY GOD!!! This was one of the best steaks I have had!!! Tyree was the cook and he knocked it out of the park!!! My steak was cooked PERFECTLY, no need for steak sauce because it was DELICIOUS!!! We totally enjoyed our trip to Ruby Tuesday in Alexander City! Kayla was an amazing server, always making sure we had everything we needed!!! Because of Kayla and Tyree we will DEFINITELY BE BACK!!! GREAT JOB Y'ALL!!!

My husband & I enjoy ruby Tuesday several times a week ! The girls treat us so well and the foods always delicious 😋

I’ve been going to Ruby Tuesday for 20 years and I just had the best steak I’ve had in a while!
Service was great too!

Bre is the best server we have EVER had . She’s so kind and very fast. She always had a smile on her face and you could really tell she enjoys her job. The food was excellent as well! We visit often and I can honestly say this was the BEST experience we have EVER had. Thank you Bre for marking us want to come back again and again.

I ordered online an hour early, but my food was almost an hour late. It was Easter Sunday, but they were having serious issues in the kitchen.
