Both the manager and sales asso. had the best custoter service skills i have ever seen!

I love harbor freight! I'm not a hardcore carpenter or anything like that, but I do like to build & make things myself! I've gotten quite the collection of tools from here, including a little 4" table saw that's the perfect size for me. And The employees are always so friendly and helpful!

Harbor Freight has always got sails going on some people say we'll they have cheep tools, well yes they do have cheep tools but there tools are still better than Walmart, and they are guaranteed for life 😉

We had a problem with a product and this store worked our problem out very quickly. All associates had excellent customer service from call to in store service. I highly recommend Alexander City Alabama store! Good job to all associates!

The staff are first rate!! I am in no way getting any special treatment from anyone at the store, nor am I related (that I know of) to any of the employees. Just good, understanding people who go out of their way to make customers happy! Great place to shop!!

I was helped by Mallory Vickers and Beth Alford in the Alexander City store today. They worked hard making a large item fit into my car. We had to do several adjustments including taking the item out of the box so it would fit. They were wonderfully patient and helpful.

This Harbor Freight was amazing. The young lady that answered the phone was extremely helpful and informative. She helped me when I arrived with an exchange and the merchandise that I needed and was so nice. I am going to make that my place to go from now on

Great spot for DIY types that don't want to buy tools for commercial use. Must say their generators hold up to the best I have used. Assortment is fantastic.
