The staff are the best part! Friendly like I’d known them all my life. Made me, my husband, and goodest boy Brutus feel right at home. And the BREAKFAST! Best continental breakfast I have ever had. I will be back!

This was a nice & super spacious room! Would have been great for extended stay, had we needed it. Very quiet location. The truck parking was really far from the hotel, though. It's situated at the end of the road, so you end up walking about a block & a half to get to the hotel. It was unsettling in the dark, it wasn't well lit.
Check in was pleasant. Our room was very clean. We really liked it!

My family enjoyed our stay. The room we had was very nice and comfortable. Saw some of these posts and sorry we did not experience any of that. We would stay here again next time we are traveling there. The workers that we talked with were great, Jess, Kassie, Shyanne, Maddie, and Tammy were the ones we remembered. We also saw some guests that were rude as hell and these workers held it together much better than I would have. Those rude guests when we were there, completely lied when speaking to different workers and my family witnessed that first hand and explained the customer was not right in that situation.

I made the reservation on the phone with night desk clerk Erica. She was very nice.
The room was exactly like I requested.
Upon check in Erics was exceptionally friendly and very efficient.

The rooms are cozy and very clean. Our stay here was great, thanks in large part to the staff. Especially Ms. Maddie who took the time to help us, even before we arrived. And went out of her way to make our stay enjoyable. And Ms. Tammy was wonderful at taking care of us, seeing to our needs and keeping our room clean. Couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Perfect for a Night sleep while traveling. Very Clean rooms. Quiet. No smell of smoke (NS room). Friendly staff. Breakfast is bare bones but so what. Perfect for the night

Fantastic place to stay for the night. Staff were very friendly and helpful with our late night arrival. The hill is a bit daunting, but we made it up and down without any trouble.

This is a nice hotel. It was scary getting here because I couldn't see the hotel over the hill, which is very steep, proceed with caution, but once I passed the Physical Therapy building the hotel was right there. There's a pizza hut about 30 seconds away (but drive, don't walk that steep hill) and a convenience store at the bottom of the hill where you can get gas and souvenirs. The views from the front are gorgeous! See the photo with the cars. The view from the hotel window? Not so much, see the photo of a shed. The upper floors probably have a better view but I'm on the first floor. There's complimentary breakfast from 5 A.M. to 9 A.M. and if you ever visit here I can't recommend the sausage gravy enough, I had three bowls and am fit to burst. There's outdoor seating in the back with a better view but I didn't take a picture of that, I was too busy eating. If you visit just drive around, the scenery is amazing!

I would stay here again and I'd recommend it to anyone. We had our dog and stayed in a pet friendly room. As soon as we walked into the hallway, it smelled amazing. I thought it was because they had just cleaned but when we went down for breakfast this morning, it still smelled amazing! It was such a fresh smell. The room & bathroom was SO clean! The breakfast area was super clean and tidy. These people are on top of their game. The only issue we had was upon arrival, the receptionist was going to have my husband sign a form stating we had no pets. He informed her we had a dog and she expressed irritation and said we were supposed to call ahead and request a pet friendly room. My husband booked online and it never advised him of that so, just a heads up to the pet owners. We were lucky a pet room was available because she had to switch us out to a different one. Dogs aren't allowed in the lobby or common areas - FYI. Overall I was extremely pleased with this hotel!

Excellent accommodations. Stayed while on a local missions trip with Joy Christian Fellowship in Matthews, NC. The place was much better than you would expect. Lots of amenities. Excellent breakfast, spacious rooms and the staff treated us like royalty. Would definitely stay there again.

Reception was very nice, room very clean,feel as if it is in a safe location. They had a small bed built above the AC that made my son very happy, such a fun idea.

Also, the note on the nightstand was a cute and personal touch. Thanks guys

The personnel were incredible helpful, rooms sparkling clean, and the Front Desk people were absolutely courteous and Clay was Awesome.

Expensive no deals if you didn't have a credit card 509.00 a week or 92 dollars a day microwave in room but no fridge debit machine didn't work for weeks no laundry four guest to use other people I talked to had problems with being over charged on there credit cards in still waiting to be reimbursed from the motel not good busines when I left they told me I owed them 180.00 dollars what a shame

They have all the safety features in place. They check your temperature, have dividers in place, and sanitize the facilities. They offered a hand wipe with the key card and were great with allowing service dogs onto the property. They were very kind and curtious.

Clean, comfortable and nice! Inside my room was a coffee pot with excellent and smooth Wolfgang Puck Coffee. Nice breakfast including crispy BACON and eggs! I prefer crispy BACON instead of sausage.

Appointments were top notch. Price was a bit high but the room reflected that with amazing detail and cleanliness. Thank for the great night. We just melted into the bed and fell asleep almost immediately.

Probably one of the best hotels I've stayed in. Walked in and the staff was very nice and friendly. Walked into the room and it was very clean. Beds are very comfortable. Bathrooms are nice and big. Not noisy. Great location. Many restaurants around hotel. The breakfast had a big supply. Good foods to choose from. Very great hotel. Would recommend to anyone.

Clean and comfortable rooms that don't have all the fancy amenities but it was a great spot to stop for the night while travelling through. Standard breakfast bar inlcuded in stay. Overall very satisfied.

Wonderful hotel. The staff was extremely courteous and we appreciated the fresh hot coffee and cookies available to us in the evening. The location was easily accessed and quiet. I would highly recommend this little gem hidden away among some of the most beautiful scenery.
