Stauffer's Marsh Nature Preserve

A very nice place to walk, with variety (Marsh, woodland and meadow), with east to walk paths, and doable even if you have older knees. Plenty of wildlife to see, and great for photos. Well maintained and clean. 3 thumbs-up.

Went for a late evening stroll on a November Sunday around 5pm and there was no one there so it was really nice and quiet. The sun had just gone down so there was still some light. It was a perfect easy little walk, exactly what I needed before heading home for the night. I slipped and fell trying to get close to the back creek lol the clearing was really slippery and muddy since it had rained the day before and my shoes didn't have enough grip.. there are benches around to enjoy the views.. would love to come back during the spring or summer months

Amazing place for birding, photography or a walk! If you go birding make sure it's on the right season.

Great time to see the marsh and woodland area. As usual, tour guide, Steve, was knowledgeable and gave us interesting tidbits as the walk continued. Thanks for having this event.

This is a favorite spot to meet up with our homeschool group throughout the whole year. Easy walk accessible for all ages and abilities.

This is a great quiet place to walk some lovely trails. All the trails are fairly flat so you don't have to worry about any uphill stress. The sunset was beautiful on the water tonight and it it usually quiet and not busy during the week .

I had an amazing day with my daughter and her boyfriend❤ Going the most amazing site to swim and relax in the shade tomorrow. Will definitely go back several times through out the summer

Great Marsh Nature Preserve! Absolutely Wonderful!

Very beautiful little park! We saw plenty of wild flowers, birds, and more, on just a short 1/2 mile hike. A hidden little gem.

So pieceful and quit. Very pretty and clean.

Peacefully place to soak up some nature. We saw evidence of beavers. Lots of birds active. I'm sure in the spring it will be alive with water fowl.

Just decided to pull in and check it out and am glad I did , nice trails with wildlife in mind , good place

Very nice place to walk around prayer being maintained by volunteers it's immaculate benches everywhere walkways are well-groomed always a pleasure going there

Beautiful! Well maintained. Rich in birds and trees and wildflowers. And today the 17-year cicadas were in rare form!

One of our most favorite places to walk and observe nature with our homeschool friends!

Trail improvements are welcome. I could have done without the shrieking first graders frightening everything away, but it's a beautiful place.
