this is one of the most positive experiences I’ve ever had with working out. It has cultivated an entirely new atmosphere for me as a bigger individual who wants to lose weight they don’t discourage me from trying anything. If anything they encourage me to keep coming in, and there is absolutely no judgment at this place. I love it here. I would rate it a 10 if I could.

I’ve been going to this gym for years. They’re friendly, welcoming, and fun. There are a variety of class offerings, and the instructors give helpful feedback and modifications based on your needs and abilities. Rival also incorporates games and challenges to make things enjoyable and new.
Barre has been a fun but challenging class, with a full body workout. My legs already look and feel stronger!

Boxing class is awesome. My niece wanted to box and I found rival fitness. You get a great workout no matter what level you are at. It builds stamina, confidence and a positive attitude. Staff are always patient and great instructors.

I love this gym. They always have fun, yet challenging classes. Very clean and comfortable atmosphere. The instructors are knowledgeable... they don’t yell or embarrass you, instead they help and support you.

Rival Fitness has the the perfect mix of strength building and cardio options to help you reach your goals. I find that I’m more likely to push myself in a fitness class than I am when I exercise solo. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and there to support you along your fitness journey.

I will constantly rave about Rival. There are classes for everyone and they truly work to help you become healthier. These ladies and gents are a great family to have in your corner rooting for you!

My daughter-in-law invited me to go to Zumba with her. I also went to weight training class after that because of the free week that is offered. Enjoyed it so much that I bought a 10 pass pkg which I will start using next week. We just got back from Myrtle so have not been here since I bought the pkg. Looking forward to coming to classes again.

I am so thankful for this gym and its lunch time hours. As a busy, full time working mama of two little ones, I’m happy to be able to get my workout in during my lunch break. Highly recommend this gym to everyone!!

Love Rival Fitness! The staff are amazing motivators and the classes are hard but fun. Rival Fitness staff also invests in your personal goals. They are with you every step of the way when it comes to your health, nutrition, and fitness.

Nice clean gym with a friendly and knowledgeable staff. There is a wide variety of fitness activities to choose from and all levels of athletic abilities are welcomed and accommodated.

A very fun and welcoming place! Everyone is so helpful! You do not feel out of place at all like you do at some other gyms when you are new!

The Red light/Fascia blasting worked Wonders!

Plenty of room — you don’t feel crowded when workout out. Lots of knowledge, and the instructors really listen to what you are looking for in a workout.

I love the classes that are offered as well as the instructors. Great atmosphere!!

The trainers here are awesome! There is a great family feeling among the trainers and the guests.

This is the best thing ever for my Grandson who needs away to channel his Energy. We love it!!
