I set in line in drive through probably 45 minutes the teller was slow and didn’t even say I am sorry for the wait that is the worst service I ever had

Automated claims process to endorse a check from the insurance company is horrible. Website does not work, no one knows what is going on , had to talk to 5 people before I got an answe had to drive 50 miles to a branch to get check endorsement. Will never use them again for a mortgage. Horrible automated services
