P4 Physical Therapy

Carley, Brad their staff are top notch! This is my 2nd time receiving therapy from them and I would recommend them to everyone. They are like one big happy family there and they treat their patients like family even tho they are there to do a job as well.

Great group of folks from front office to PTs. Andrea went above & beyond assisting me getting my VA auth. Ms. Chaffin was professional and kind. She took time to hear me in order to plan my recovery.

This is my 2nd experience with Mrs Carley Chaffin at P-4 in Winfield, Al. Having gone through 2 reverse shoulder replacements, the staff there is very accommodating and professional. Carly has a kind demeanor but also the unique quality of getting you to push forward for the better therapy results. This surgery has been completely different from the first one (longer to heal and an older me) but she has kept me on track emotionally and physically with those differences so i would not give up hope and therefore achieve optimum results. And she gives homework!

Carly is awesome ! She explained everything she was gonna do and what I needed to do and gave me time to do it. She knows what she's doing.

Carley was very sweet and caring. She did a great job of helping my nerves being it was the first time moving my ankle since surgery. She was also very professional and knowledgeable about my case and what I needed.

She was informative and efficient. She's very relatable.

P4PT is the greatest. I would recommend to anyone that needs therapy to come to P4PT. They are kind, considerate, caring people. They are also fun to be around.

Carly & Brad have gone Above & Beyond, as have others, & I was Extremely Impressed with Sarah today... look forward to working with her this "trip" (gotta keep a sense of humor! 😁) So Grateful for a team I know wants the Very Best for me & gives me their Very Best... Every Single Day!!!

I cannot even began to express my thanks and appreciation for the past few weeks of therapy at P4! From the staff at the front to the doctors, nurses and all the therapist! I have received excellent help from all of them. Carly is so kind and patient with me. I know i havent always had good days but she is always there helping me get through! Carly was my therapist. She was very friendly and kind. She was also very considerate of my other problems that also effected my injury. She was patient and informative and seemed to care. There is a fun caring atmosphere there. Thanks for a great first Therapy visit!

Brad has been my Therapist almost every time I've been. He was very friendly and professional. He was aware of my needs and pointed me in the right direction. They both do a great job with so many people coming in.

Everyone is exceptional at their job. They are also very caring and interested in you as a patient & a person. They treat you with confidence, care, and respect. Carly, Brad, Sarah and Mikela are very knowledgeable and professional. Takes time to explain everything to the patient. The whole staff is thorough and make sure the patients are taken care of and they care about each one.

I only tried physical therapy one other time in my life and I quit because the facility was dull and the staff wasn't very pleasant, I was extremely happy and impressed with P4's facility and staff. Carly and Brad listened to my concerns and addressed them accordingly, I've still got a ways to go but I finally feel confident that I'm going to get some relief!
