AT&T Store

This was my first time in this store and and you need too have more people like him at all your stores. He multi tasked with us and all the other customers at the same time. He has a great calm personality. He needs to have a raise cause he is doing everything by himself that I could see.

First Time IPhone Customer my salesperson Erica Burton was super amazing if I could get her a raise I would. Great Atmosphere and she was very nice attentive ..and patient!!! She needs a promotion!!

The wife and I went to AT&T to change over from spectrum mobile due to having issues and fighting with spectrum since June 2022. Upon arriving at the Alexander city store we walked in and Ethan And the young lady working with him was quick to help us and answer any questions we had. Only issue I found was store not having a very big selection on apple phones in stock ( not a biggie) all and all a very good experience from the friendly staff.

My name is Nancy Mcgouyrk. We went into your store in alexander city AL yesterday. Ethan and Erica were very nice as c so helpful. We didn't wait very long at all. Ethan was very knowledgeable about the phones and the service we were wanting to get. I bought a new phone and got new service for our existing iPhone We already had. Went to the AT&T store in Alexcity al. My sons phone got stolen a few days ago when he car was stolen . I hate having to call to try and figure out what department to talk to when calling customer service. Ashley was the sales person that day and I told her what was going on and that I hated having to call and stay on phone forever. She didn’t hesitate at all and stepped up and got my information and called the proper numbers and started my claim for me . After that I only had to speak with them for a short few minutes to finish the claim. Ashley was super nice and very helpful with getting our phones replaced . Ashley was also apologetic about my sons car and phone being stolen. Outstanding customer service !! Way to go Ashley !! It’s nice to pay a lot of money for cell phones and service and when you actually come to their store they are happy to help in every way possible!!! Definitely recommend stopping in and talking with her .

Amazing customer service. Staff is attentive, efficient and well informed about the products they are selling. Also they DO NOT CLOSE FOR LUNCH EVERYDAY, if they have closed it was probably due to an emergency or being short staffed :)

The young man that manages the AT&T store is very smart and very polite. He always provides such great customer service and he really knows what he's talking about.
