Sadly they took all their reviews down to Hide how terrible they are it seems. First I will give perhaps two pros to them, the office ladies who work try to be nice and helpful, and they have been bought out so perhaps a better future is in store for them.. Cons.. where to begin? Speed that changes left and right when the speeds they offer is Slow to begin with. And terrible/rude technicians that will blame your computer or devices before actually fixing the problem. They will rarely come out to see what the issue is. I hope to god what-ever new company bought them out will start fully fresh cause they need to..tired of paying 120 a month for Garbage. I hope to god they get their stuff together for their customers sake.

Drove 45 minutes to this location after a Google search only to find out via a sign out front they had moved location another 45 minutes away to Jasper Alabama.
