They ignore you. Supervisor has never once returned an email. They make kids stand on a dangerous hwy in the dark instead of coming inside the neighborhood. Their only excuse is it’s a community stop. All bus stops are community stops. It doesn’t mean you can turn into the neighborhood where middle school children can be safe.

This is honestly a horrible job at helping students get home and get to school it's ridiculous how much chaos happens every single day it should be fixed and resolved
