Doctor Billington is a great primary care physician, I chose to keep him as my primary care doctor even when BCBS made Springfield Clinic an out of network provider and I'm very glad I did!

Dr. Billington takes the time to really listen. He asks questions and wants to answer yours. It is evident that he genuinely cares for his patients and seeks to help as much as possible! Thank you!!!

I had a great first visit with dr Billington. He was very kind, very thorough, very patient.. he explains everything in a way that I could completely understand. I left from my dr visit thinking “ I’m so glad and thankful he’s my family dr” thank you dr billington for a great experience.

Dr. Billington did a great job analyzing and then prescribing treatment for my hip bursitis. He was very attentive and professional and I would recommend him and his staff to anyone needing medical assistance.

Very easy to communicate with. He listens to what you have to say and answers medical questions in a way you can understand (this appointment was for my husband Gene Keith Pierce).

Dr. Billington is knowledgeable, wise, kind and communicates well! He has been our family doctor for years. He helped my mother while in Assisted Living and then through hospice. He has treated both my daughters and I. I would highly recommend him to everyone!

Years ago I was very apprehensive as to choosing a new PCP after Dr Barb retired?!?!? I choose Dr Billington and within a year of becoming his patient I was absolutely sure and confident I had chosen the PERFECT Dr for me, and would advise others to seek him out when choosing a new Dr. Not only is he very professional but also was SMART and knowledgeable in his profession. He is patient and humble with me, he is amazing in his concern for the “all of me”, it is was genuine and I felt as though I was always safe in his care. He truely is THE BEST of the BEST!!
