Benchmark Restaurant

Nice Westin Hotel restaurant. I went for dinner and breakfast buffet! Dinner was delicious as well as the breakfast buffet! Tons of breakfast choices and I ate enough to hold me til Dinner! I loved that they leave you a pot of coffee at your table so your coffee can always be refreshed and stays warm…made to order cooked in front of you omelets! Pizza for dinner was better than the name brand pizza restaurant next door! Would definitely visit again- Hotel is large and really close to ORD and has Starbucks in hotel with very friendly employees!

We really enjoyed our meal here. Great presentation and very friendly staff. Look forward to going back to try other items on the menu!

What a hidden gem! Everything was delicious. Ordered the oatmeal cherry cookies and they weren’t ready, then had such a pleasant surprise when someone from the restaurant delivered them to my room by hand when they were!! Talk about going the extra mile. The soups changed daily and were phenomenal! The Amish chicken was one of the best prepared chickens I’ve ever had! Cannot recommend enough!

Good ambience and great food , can select your portion size as half or full. The mushroom ravioli was nice , salmon and quinoa - was excellent with a lot of veggies and the blueberry pancake was great too.

The Benchmark Restaurant was a great place to eat while I stayed for a conference. The morning staff was my absolute favorite set of people. The breakfast buffet was perfect for me. Omelettes made to order. Yum!

The food was amazing and the ricotta cheese cake was soooo delicious! I would definitely recommend eating here if you are in the area.

Great gastropub! Wonderful food. We both got the burger. The pickles are THE BEST. Our server was super helpful. For a hotel restaurant, it was phenomenal!

The scallops, were great , the wedge salad was light and refreshing, the Amish chicken was tender with great flavor, and finally cheese cake with cherry, looks and tasted amazing

Food is great, but like any hotel restaurant, it’s a bit spendy. The physical bar is a little small for a hotel, it would be great if there were more seats, but the service is quick and very friendly.

The Amish Chicken is solid with a lot of food.

For a hotel restaurant, I'm impressed! Service was great! The chicken sandwich and the ceaser salad tasted great!

I stay at the Westin quite often and an happy to have a restaurant like this available. The food is better than most hotels, but the bartenders are all fantastic. They're career bartenders who care and are great at their job

The Benchmark has fantastic food, hands down. Prices are up there but absolutely worth it. The bacon jam sliders, Lemon glazed salmon, and flatbreads are some of the best I've ever had. Service is excellent, and the restaurant is very nicely decorated.

Bacon burger was delicious! The fries were the perfect compliment! The serve was excellent and quick! The wings per my co worker were delicious but spicier than anticipated. The mushroom ravioli was good but not filling. Turkey sandwich had an excellent presentation and was good. I would order my burger and fries again!

Surprisingly good food for a hotel--in fact, I would have dinner here on a regular basis if I lived in Chicago. Everything on the menu was beautifully prepared and full of flavor. Our group tried everything from the short ribs to sandwiches to wings and everything was excellent. You have to try the pickles! The service was exactly what you should expect of a fine dining establishment.

We had dinner at the Benchmark while attending a GOBNETWORK Conference on July 14th. Food was delicious. Delilah was the attending hostess later that evening. Super nice and a beautiful smile. We decided to have birthday cake for my son in our room and completely forgot our utensils. Delilah quickly resolved that problem and gave us plastic utensils and a carry out tray. What a sweetheart! She saved the day for us. Was not looking forward to eating cake with our fingers! Thank you Delilah! You provided excellent customer service! We will definitely be back!!

The salmon was delicious! The food here is always fresh, hot and delicious. Olga has been my server every time and I couldn’t ask for better service.

All good. Had the flat iron steak, was delicious. I like this spot for a hotel and even if not staying here.

We had an absolutely fabulous experience for 4 wonderful days of meals at the benchmark!!! Fanomilal service & food by Miguel, Antiono, Joey, & Jesus! Very Clean & Professional!
