I called the Highschool to talk to someone about why they would edit this young man’s speech and none of them would step up to the plate and talk to me. They sent my call to a voicemail so they could hide behind an answer machine. So sad that I pay illinois taxes to support this school and they couldn’t be brave enough to answer the phone and explain why this student couldn’t convey to the public how he felt about his life and how the events of his life impacted the success that he had in Highschool. Shame on you Principles and Superintendent!
