Parkway Restaurant in Sterling is my go-to spot, and their Huevos Rancheros never disappoint! 🌮🍳

I frequent this place because not only is the food consistently fantastic, but the wait staff is always welcoming and attentive. It's like visiting family every time I step in.

Now, let's talk about the star of the show - the Huevos Rancheros. Absolute perfection! The eggs are cooked to perfection, and the ranchero vegetables add a delightful kick. The side of refried beans is creamy heaven, and the corn tortillas are just the right texture.

What makes this place even more special is the personal touch of the three brothers who run it. Their friendliness create an atmosphere that keeps me coming back.

Breakfast was great! But we got a Banana creme pie to take home and it was one of the worst pies I've ever ate. Crust was horrible. Not flaky , rubbery! Bananas were extinct

Went there for lunch and had the Gyro Omelette. Was very flavorful and prepared well. The corn beef skillet was aesthetically pleasing, not to mention our waitress Vanna was on point with everything. Refills kept coming without having to ask. 😊

Huge portions...great food... definitely worth the money!!! It does get a bit crowded because it's a small establishment. But so worth the visit.

Great food no complaints nice workers service friendly place to eat great for early breakfast morning and lunches and dinner night they close at 8 pm and just what we need more restaurants like that close at 8 or 9 I hate other restaurants that close early as 2,pm or 3 just stupid stupid we need restaurant like this that open for dinner afternoons and evening for dinner good job Parkway keep it up

Me and my lovey stop here from time to time. A local favorite. Good food, clean and friendly staff. There are so many good things on the menu, I have never been disappointed. A few of my favorites are Biscuits and gravy, farmers omelet, hand battered chicken strips, and the pancakes.... Yuuummmmeeeeee!! 😀😃🙃😄😉

Had the hot turkey special. Had a piece of strawberry cream pie. Food was good, staff was good. Serving was good. Definitely a go back to restaurant.

Parkway is where you go when you want quality, home style food. You go everywhere else when you’re impatient, really hungry and parkway is packed out. 10/10!
