Very nice United Club Lounge - Gold Miles and More. Nice bar with many drink choices, many food options, drinks, coffees and fast WiFi. Plenty of seating

Very warm, although it was in the 60's outside? Staff stood around and waited for you to tell them items needed replacement! Food was average, nowhere near as good as New Orleans or Houston lounges!

This is a fairly small and not as good United Club lounge by gate B18. All the way at the end of the concourse.

You enter through the doors and go downstairs after scanning your boarding pass and you’ll see how small it is if you’ve been to other lounges.

Silver lining: this is the only United Club open till 10pm at O’Hare airport that I’m aware of. Others close at 9 PM.

Extremely overcrowded, lack of seating and food, they should control the amount of people they let in for the comfort of others although limiting the time an individual is allowed to spend there would be amazing

Nice lounge, but way too warm to enjoy. I’m sweating just sitting here.

Food is delicious though. Staff is amazingly friendly.

Not a good experience, the food is not great, it's basically sandwiches, fruit and not many vegetable choices, the manager was some guy walking around and not doing much, i went to use the rest room and someone was banging on the door, it was the manager, never experienced anything quite like this before. Nothing compares to the airport loumges in.Asia and Europe, I'm a US citizen and can honestly say the US has gone down the tubes.
