Great downtown location and 24hrs. I like how it is always clean and they provide towels for working out along with sanitation spray bottles to clean before and after use. Price is reasonable around $50-$60 month depending on your use. There are 4 separate rooms.
1. Main floor has free weights, pulley machines, benches and squatting, tv monitor and large bluetooth speaker anyone can connect to or use.
2. Next door and connected is an indoor basketball court, batting cage and all the yoga and kettlebells.
3. Back room has ellipticals, cardio, rowing, stair climb and football machines along with large restroom/changing room, there is also a tv monitor.
4. Downstairs they have speed bags, karate, kick boxing and boxing equipment and pads.

Very good small town gym plenty of good equipment to use
