THRILLED with Advantage Plumbing of Niles, MI! Tom & Sean came promptly for the scheduled repair completed their work were professional respectful courteous & prompt. They left no mess or old pipe behind and we were aware of the costs beforehand having their estimator provide the written bid on the work. EXACTLY how a company SHOULD provide service! And their phone staff is PERSONAL as in a live person who is happy to greet you and attend to your issue! Give them a call whether the job is big or small! Impressive! Thank you!

Advantage Plumbing was excellent to work with. They made some repairs at a listing of mine in Niles. The communication & follow up was excellent. Andrew, our plumber, explained everything and gave us several options for repairs with different levels of cost. I would definitely use this company and Andrew again.

Tom and Sean did a great job helping us figure out what was going on with our leak. They took their time going over what is going on and answered our questions. They also included our two year in what they were doing and played with him. They also went above and beyond with making sure we understood what was going on and answer a question about something that wasn't apart of the call out. We will be using them again if something comes up.

The people at advanced plumbing are worth every cent. They are courteous, as flexible as they can be with their busy schedule , polite and THEY SHOW UP. I had Jason and he was wonderful. He was very patient with me asking a hundred questions. He was able to finish the job in one visit. And the problem I had is solved. I have used them for a couple of years and have been very happy

Very pleased with the purchase and installation of my new water softener and water heater. Tom (serviceman) explained the system and the service plan very carefully to me. I am grateful for the level of care, courtesy, and professionalism demonstrated by this Advantage Plumbing employee. Telephone dealings to set up appointment and explain options were very cordial, informative, and helpful. All my questions were patiently and thoroughly answered before, during, and after installation appointment.

Had Advantage Plumbing come out for a toilet issue. Zach was great. He gave us several options to pick from and was very helpful. There was no pressure and didn’t try to sell us something we didn’t need. That’s one of the main reasons we keep using Advantage. Nice job, Zach.

I called Advantage at probably 9 p.m. on Saturday night and Tom was at my house within about 45 minutes, coming about 20 miles. He was here at least two hours and got the job done. Well satisfied. I have had Advantage Plumbing before, in 2014, and this is an excellent company. Well satisfied with their work and response time.

We discovered a pipe leaking through a ceiling on a Saturday afternoon and Advantage was the first place I called because their Google listing mentioned after-hours service and had such great reviews. Within 3 hours of the call, Andrew was at our house and discovered the pipe was cracked and needed to be replaced. He was thorough in his inspection of the problem, thorough in discussing the cost for replacement, and thorough in cleaning up after the repair. Within 6 hours of us finding the leak, the pipe was fully replaced. Their customer service is fantastic and we will be using and recommending Advantage for all plumbing matters going forward.

Thanks to all of the employees of Advantage Plumbing. I've had them do work for me more than ten years and Jim was just starting the business. I'm never disappointed. Thanks to each of you in the office and on the road.

I had a leak in my basement and it was difficult finding out where the water was coming from. I called Advantage Plumbing and Tom was the technician they sent to my home. He did a thorough inspection and found two water pipes that were cracked that went to the water softener. Tom told me the cost before doing the repair. He is very knowledgeable and did an excellent job repairing the water pipes and made sure there were no more leaks. Was very pleased that he resolved this problem and I was very happy that I will not have to clean up any more water leaks! Tom even cleaned up the basement floor when he was finished! He is a a nice young man and patient! I had numerous questions and he took the time to explain things to me in a way I could understand. Tom is an excellent technician and was very impressed with his expertise! Thank you Advantage Plumbing for taking care of all my plumbing needs for all these years!

I had a grinder/ lift pump fail at 7:30pm. Tom was here by 8:15pm and solved the problem. Great guy, total professional. I would highly recommend Advantage Plumbing to anyone who asks.

Discovered a leaky water tank that flooded half the finished basement area at 1:30 PM on a Friday. Advantage had Thomas and Zach out before 4:00 and they replaced the tank. Exceptional service on a Friday afternoon.

Arrived on time and completed new hot water heater install, cleaned up and removed old heater in about 2 1/2 hours. Zack provided some feedback on sump pump and will watch. Also, helpful advice on keeping various shower heads and basins running smoothly. Did job without making any water messes in draining old tank or scraping any walls in getting new tank in.

I'm responsible for the care of the baptistery at my church. We decided it was time to upgrade the pump and heater system, I called Advantage. Jim ordered the system and Allen installed it. We had issues with the new heating system. Jim and Allen were great in taking care of any problems. By the way, the ladies who answer the phones are always cheerful and friendly. I would recommend them.

We are always looking for places that provide excellent customer service and this place does just that! From the first phone call all the way to the guys coming to the house the service was excellent! I will definitely choose Advantage Plumbing over and over again!

We’ve been customers of Aadvantage Plumbing for years. We own a lake house and it’s been such a relief to have plumbers with emergency service options, 24 hour availability and that reliably show up.

Andrew and Dakota came to our place to fix our clogged bathtub last week (We met Andrew before with a frozen pipe issue. He solved that too!) They were both polite and knowledgeable. They used their own equipment to unclog the drain and then even sealed the opening (that we had broken trying to do the fix on our own.) Thank you!
