Our first time at Chee Peng. I am a vegetarian, hard to find vegetarian food at restaurants. There were several options here. Thank you!
Our server, Tony, was really good to us. Prompt with the food. We will be going there again.
The only problem we had were that our spring roll and egg roll were lukewarm, even though we could tell they were freshly fried, also the rice was lukewarm. The actual food was hot and very delicious.

Great food great service so glad they were open for dine in had a great time and really enjoyed our food back agian so good had a wonderful dinner.

After reading some of the reviews I was concerned about visiting one of my favorite places that I haven't been to in a while. Not sure why there is so much negativity. it was very busy on a Monday afternoon. Some people had the buffet. Some ordered off the menu. Parking was impossible but we went down a extra block. All four of us had the lunch buffet. Everything was really good. The food was fresh. Options were good. The soup has always been my favorite. Our service was great. I ordered 2 meals to go and I was told that they were also very good. Decor hasn't changed a bit in over 30 years but it's still a really good place to go for Chinese food.

Food was well priced, very good, and a good portion. All around recommend for sure.

We ordered ahead over the phone (the gentlemen on the phone was very professional in both the taking of and confirming of our order for accuracy) and within 25 mins, we swung by and packed it up and it wasn’t pleasantly already ready as advised and bagged very very well! 💯

Staff I interacted with was very friendly; a dark haired gentleman with glasses and his hair up in a small ponytail, didn’t catch his name!

Overall, Chee Peng…Your service and food was top notch! We will be back, and soon!

Phee Hang of Chee Peng’s Restaurant originally came from Laos, a culture where food is a common language often used to express love, friendship, and gatherings. This restaurant was opened in 1993 because the owner liked Gladwin — it is a safe place with very little crime. A good small restaurant with friendly staff. The food is absolutely delicious. If you're in Gladwin try this place.

Sunday buffet is really fresh and tasty. Thai tea is amazing. Service is friendly. Egg drop student is the best tasting egg drop I have ever had.

This place is phenomenal! I always get General Tso chicken and this place has the best spicy kind I’ve ever had. Love it

Got take out, very good, much much better then Chinese options in harrison. Will definitely be back

The food is so good and great prices!!

I love getting their pork egg fo young to take home. The 3 patties gives me enough for 2 to 3 meals, but I buy xtra gravy! The best egg drop soup, especially if your sick! Yum!

These is an amazing place, the food is by far the best. The Thai Curry with shrimp is perfection. The gentleman who served us 4/13/23 evening, you are awesome and handled everything perfectly!

I'm from out of town and found this place while waiting for laundry. Hands down the best Chinese food I've ever had. The lunch buffet was delicious and priced well for what was there. I will definitely be coming back next year when we visit the area again!

Not a fancy place, and not an extensive menu, but the food is great. Some of the best Chinese food and soup I've had in MI. Service is always great too. Will make it as spicy (or mild) as you like.

Wonderful people work here and care very much about there service and quality of food. The food is cooked with great attention to flavor and delicious use of seasonings. Always tastes fresh and the vegetables and meat are fresh and hearty.
Chee Peng understands how to make food spicy and does it extremely well! I have been very impressed with my food and I love it spicy! This is one of very few that can do it properly.
