My wife and I are treated well. Ms Burpee is awesome. She listens and cares. Sophia in the pharmacy is a pleasant lady.

I go there for pretty much everything from my primary care physician and gynecologist to my therapist. The staff for all three wings have been nothing but friendly and professional. They care a great deal for their patients. They explain things in a clear manner and make sure you understand before continuing. I will definitely be a regular for many years to come.

I went to a Suboxone clinic in Grand Rapids for a year that treated me like absolute trash, like every word I said was a lie, completely brushed off any of my other issues and were rigid in their beliefs. Dr. Zakhary and the staff at NCHC are the complete opposite. They listen to me, they trust me, and they don’t treat me like I’m a criminal. A really good experience since I’ve been seeing them for approximately six months.

From the receptionist's that great you as you walk in, to the nurses the bring you back with a smile, all the way around to the drs that treat and diagnose you. I enjoy feeling welcomed with smiles and with a good/professional attitude from everyone. Dr gina smith is who I go to see and she is a very respectful and caring person, who has put me and my needs before her own. I am very thankful I found a good dr who takes the time to listen and I will be hopefully staying with the office and drs as long as I can.

I had the pleasure of getting to know a few staff members over the course of several necessary appointments. This staff is knowledgeable, thorough, and kind. Any time I’ve had a question or concern, it was handled with grace and due-diligence. 5 stars.

The nurses and doctors are concerned about your health and do everything possible for you. If they can't "fix" you, they have no problem sending you to the best professionals.
