Kountry Bar

Four of my golf friends and I met here on Wednesday late afternoon and had a great time! The service was fantastic. Our server Christyn (I believe spelling?) was the BEST. I was the last to arrive and before I even reached the table she asked for my drink order. Very friendly!

It was my first time, and it was a good experience overall. We didn't stay for the live music and I'm sure that would have been a lot of fun. Our server was great. The drinks were good, as were the jalapeño poppers and the works pizza. We'll be back to catch a band soon.

Absolutely love this place. We came here once, and it became "our spot."
It's the greatest little bar, love the staff. Krislynn is amazing and just makes our week when she's working!

I can't say enough good things about the KB! We are weekly patrons. The food is excellent and the quantity for the price exceeds other bars that we have visited. The owner and staff truly care about their customers.

I just read the review below mine. Perhaps she was frustrated because they couldn't get a table. But no way was the staff rude! Yes, Friday nights are seriously busy and it can be hard to get a table. I beg them to stop another night and give them a try.

When a parking lot is busy every.single.day that should tell you that an establishment is doing something right!

My wife and I have had many amazing experiences at Kountry Bar. The staff is great, even when they’re very busy…they care. Krislynn always make sure we are well cared for; best bar near Grand Chute/North Appleton.

Excellent Friday fish fry. Very busy but worth the wait to get a table and order. Taco Tuesday is also very good. They also have weekly specials that are great. Sometimes you will see the daily special listed on their Facebook page which is nice. Typical country bar, but with friendly staff and good food. Also has a great late night entertainment with bands and DJ’s. All around an awesome proven bar and grill!

Did not eat or drink, was there for live music. Great atmosphere, food looked awesome. Friendly staff! Nice place, plenty of seating.

I love fantail shrimp, with all the trimmings. Terrific service, cordial customers I've talked to. A hidden jewel just north of Appleton on CTH A. Go there!

I had shrimp tacos ... so good! Staff are very friendly and quick. All portions are generous.

You just have to love the combination of good food, low prices, and good looking bartenders.

Update: It had been a year since I was here and decided to come for lunch with my son. The front parking lot had plenty of space, so I was surprised when there were few seats left available at the bar. With some hesitation, I selected one of numerous clean empty tables and sat down, anticipating a lack of service. As I was taking off my coat, Christina approached us to inquire if we needed menus. This was a pleasant surprise, but must be the norm when she is working. She continually checked on us, even spotting my near empty soda while still behind the bar. Impressive. Another employee even checked in on my son's near empty water glass to bring him a refill - on water - without being asked. I have been to fancier places without having service that could surpass what we experienced today. Bravo Christina and Kountry Bar!

I am continually blown away by the service and quality of food at this establishment. Been here many times never been disappointed. Everybody is super friendly and the food is delicious. Had the shrimp tonight. It was the best I’ve ever had. Anywhere. Everybody I was with loved their food as well. “Keep on doing what yer doin Kountry Bar”.

1st time eating here and won't be the last. It's a little out of the way if you're coming from Appleton but it's worth it. Excellent, quick service. I had the cowboy burger and it was delicious. There are a number of other menu items im looking forward to trying.

Came in for lunch about 1130 today. Very busy, but service was still timely. Very friendly staff. Bacon cheese burger was excellent- a nice char while still juicy, bacon was not skimpy, bun was great. Every staff member I saw was pleasant and friendly including the owner, who would take a lap every 10 minutes or so.

Didn't have food but, great service, friendly staff, great environment

If you stop here for lunch, you better be hungry. The Po boy was so stuffed with shrimp, 2 fell out when I picked it up, and I couldn't find where I could put them back in

Excellent food and service. Had my sons 33 rd birthday party there and it was excellent outside in the patio!
