Everyone is always so kind when I come in and always ready to help. Staff is very knowledgeable on the products and is always willing to share thoughts on the products as well.

They have a wide variety of products, especially compared to some stores in larger cities. Customer service was immaculate, and the "shake" is hands down the best quality I've had. I will 100% be going back.

I went in yesterday and had a lady budtender help me . She was great with helping me pick out iteams. A BIG shout out to Mel!!!! Thank you soo much. I greatly appreciate you.

You guys are absolutely amazing. You make my time in the shop an adventure of fun! The way you are with the people is on point & ypu two definitely know what your doing!!!! You keep a smile on & make sure your customers are as happy as ever!!! Your supposed to leave a pot shop with a smile!

The bud tenders are very professional and knowledgeable. They will take the time to make you feel comfortable in what you are purchasing. Drop in, ask questions, learn all about the products they carry.
They will help give you what you need.

Excellent staffing excellent product decent prices excellent deals and sales if you hit their happy hours. Plus they give our veterans a great tax discount they actually are three to please your every need many products to choose from

Pretty expensive considering what’s available in big rapids. Not at all good replacement policy for carts. some unknown discount on a future cart when the one I bought leaked from the bottom all over my pocket(turned out to be 10%). a few employees are incredibly friendly/helpful and make it a joy to pick up some bud! :/ hopefully things get better(seems like they are)

Update: since coming back I was really happy with the HY-R joints. Best infused joints in my opinion. Just grabbed a crude boys caviar. Joint was smashed in the tube with a tear and also the “infused core” was just the last quarter of the joint. I’d suggest better quality control. The HY-R joints are worth it, but MIA, otherwise go for the the goodlyfe infused joints in big rapids 2/$10... both goodlyfe/HY-R all the bud is soaked in concentrate.

But this is my last time visiting. Disappointed with this product. The guy with long hair needs to be removed from any costumer interaction. I don’t feel comfortable in the store around him. Customers seem to be such a bother. I’ve been shopping here since it was built and this has not changed. Cold and disparaging.

I tried giving y’all some chances but not looking to get ripped off while feeling awkward as if i’m annoying the business by being there.

Amazing selection!! Shop local owned or we wont have the option anymore. Tons of selection on bud. Over 50 strains available and lots of 30% +THC options also. Try anything Canna DMG grown and i know you'll be happy.
