I went in with significant pain in my arm and shoulder. The practitioner, Chelsea Wellens figured it out, prescribed me the exact meds that I needed and within 3 days, my pain is significantly reduced. (This was such a relief, after being in pain for 2 weeks) Great job, Dr. Wellens!

I have been going here for many years and many things and every time I have felt the staff really care about their patients. They also always make me feel heard and comforted about any thing I have brought up.

Always welcoming and friendly. Dr Sheldon is wonderful and her staff is as well. We rarely wait longer than 5 minutes before being taken back to our room. Calls to the nurse are always very helpful, although she is very busy and sometimes you have to hold for a while. Very satisfied with our small town health care provider!

What an awesome group of ladies that work here! They're friendly, knowledgeable, and compassionate, and a bunch of other nice words I'll spare you... point being they're great! Only wish when you call the number to the Black Creek office, you got someone IN Black Creek. When I don't feel good or have a question I'd like to talk to someone familiar with my issues.

Dr Sheldon and Nancy Buccholz always make me feel heard and understood. All of the nurses make me feel like an old friend.

I love Nancy Bucholtz. I hate that ThedaCare has taken our ability to directly call the office. Wrong on so many levels! I don't want to talk to a nurse that has no idea who I am. I want to talk to the nurse in Black Creek! Nancy is fantastic. The Thedacare system has taken a small clinic and made it impersonal.

Hate the call center they implemented. A person should be able to call the Black Creek Office directly. Also when I called and talked to Billing Department when I had billing issues,I wasn't able to talk to anyone to complain. Was told to write a letter. I did not want to write a letter so called and was transferred where I left a voicemail message for a call back. No one called me back. Tried twice and no call back. Dr. Sheldon and Julie and Wendy are awesome however.

Even if you are one of their first appointments they are running late. Bill you if you miss appointment but have no issues making you wait 15-45 minutes
