This is it! I have been looking for a good diesel Mechanic Nick will be the only one putting his hands on my truck! Friendly professional and honest! Thank park street repair.

Fair, honest and thorough with there work. Nick is great at communicating during repair process. It’s nice to have a local shop that doesn’t treat your vehicle like an assembly line. Also gets the work done in a timely manner.

I am so grateful to have found a mechanic I can call even in unique circumstances to help make my family safe. Nick and the crew treated our vehicles with what seemed like the extra mile. We only take our daily drivers and projects to them!

Nick is remarkable and I owe him an apology for taking so long to write this review. I had issues with my F-350 several times while working in area. Nick made time to "fit me in" and ALWAYS was methodical in his diagnosing the problem which insured successful repair. Unlike most shops (when during the initial call you immediately realize you're being "pre-programmed" for marginal service with fantastic fee - AND YOU SHOULD BE THANKFUL!!!) Nick explained his thoughts based on past experiences repairing diesels with my issue, his diagnosis process & the hrs for cost/pricing. To my surprise, he did more than what he promised- and for less (a lot less) than half what I was charged for the same issue in Wisconsin three weeks previous - without my vehicle sitting a week outside (& another inside the shop waiting) to be looked at - service Mgr knew I was out of town paying for rental car & hotel out of my own pocket... no, I can't say enough to express my gratitude for a job extremely well done & a businessman that has pride and integrity in his work. I have 8 cars & trucks at home in Texas. I was so pleased & impressed with the value, work and the way I was treated that I consider whether I can arrange work to allow bringing a particular vehicle on project so Nick can do the work!

These guys are incredible!! My wife and I were traveling and my car started to make a sound like one of the bearings were going bad and they were the only shop in the area that didn't just say "sorry, I can't even look at your car until tomorrow". It turned out to be a 5 minute fix and we were able to get back to our trip without getting stuck for days. I cannot recommend them enough!!!

I called park street repair with truck problems. Nick said he was extremely busy but took time to diagnose my truck. Not only very knowledgeable but a great guy. i just wish his shop was in Mt. Pleasant. i’d have a new mechanic. Reed City you’re very lucky.

Started having truck issues while we were several hours from home, so we stopped in just to see if someone could take a second look and ended up getting the repairs we needed at a very quick and reasonable rate. The guys were personable and very professional.

Nick replaced the turbo on our pickup after making sure he couldn't repair it. He also identified and repaired a fuel leak we had. Excellent communication and service, very fair price, and our truck purrs like a happy cat now. Go there!

had my 2004 duramax service for cold air intake,injectors/turbo and dash cluster. prompt service/ answered all my question and there performance was outstanding. i will recomend for any diesel service this is the place to go.
