I decided to stop in there Because the Wild Bills I normally go to didn't have what I was looking for which was cause I was wanting a specific thing so I stop well in Benton harbor to see if they had it. They didn't but the manager really stepped up and called a few other stores to if they did. Thanks for really putting in effort to help.

I am a regular. They always keep what my husband and I like in stock for us. Every single employee and the manager are respectful.. knowledgeable.. friendly and give great service. I always enjoy going in there to purchase and engage with the employees. I am a loyal devoted fan of this location and it's staff! Thank you kids!

Mickey is absolutely -THE BEST- reason to come here. I always have questions and he -ALWAYS- knows exactly what I am looking for and is one of the most friendly and engaged sales attendant I have encountered in recent memory.

I won't go anywhere else because they don't have Mickey.

I am a regular at Wild Bills and I go maybe 3 days maybe 4 out of the week and they always have things stocked for their customers. Every employee is super welcoming and they try their hardest to get you the best deal on some of their products. Just like today I was in getting some swishers and I had bought 3 packs and they told me I had 12 free packs of swishers on my account and so I got 3 more and got another pack for free on my account. I wouldn’t have known if they wouldn’t have told me so I think these guys are some really good workers.

Love this store!! Before I was an employee I shopped here and it’s always been a good experience, we truly strive to be customer OBSESSED!!! I recommend this store!

Went in to Wild Bills with no idea what to do and Mickey came up immediately and assisted me with dabbin and dabbin accessories. I’m not to hip on dabbin but he really helped me feel confident in my purchase. Thank you Mickey! I’ll dab one for you!

I smoke cigarettes and vape both nicotine and pot. I wish I had known about this place. Went today and was impressed with Mickey who was a fount of knowledge. Will be back often!!!!

Wild bills is my first option when it comes to my vaping needs. I often stop in and take a gander at their wide selection of vapes. Great deals! The last few times I’ve been in the shop I’ve been greeted by the clerk and assisted in a timely manner. I often take a few seconds to look around the shop at their other items they sell. Good variety of options to choose from. Wide selection of items in smoking needs and even accessories. Not to mention fairly priced glass. In all shapes and sizes. I’ve bought a couple pieces from wild bills over the years. Definitely worth the price! I could go on and on about the cool stuff I’ve found in the shop. But you should stop in and see for yourself. Also the last few times I’ve been in I’ve been assisted by Mickey. He’s a great guy and always manages to help me out and enjoy the process at the same time. I leave with a smile and that makes my day. So thanks to Mickey and the other clerks for a clean and smooth operation. Cheers!!
