These guys are great. I’ve used them regularly for routine service and have always been satisfied. Recently my Chevy Diesel had an exhaust fluid error. Even on something as unusual as this they did a fantastic job and had me up and running the same day at a very reasonable price.

They scheduled me in a timely manner. They were thorough and provided me with an estimate that was extremely accurate. They were able to put struts, brake job, and replace sway bar in one day. They were very professional and polite. I highly recommend West Point Auto & Service to anyone.

Recently purchased a vehicle from Jason, who was nothing short of amazing to work with. My kids are involved with a lot of different sports and our schedule changes from minute to minute and Jason was always flexible and understanding. We needed a few things fixed on the car that we purchased, they did it right there on site and when they were fixing it they found something else and took care of it, so that way I wouldn't have to get it repaired later. We really appreciate how the sales and service team work together! We have one more car to get in the future and I will start my search here. Thanks!!
