Dental Expressions

Dental Expressions staff take the time to address individual needs. I recently had a fall that affected my jaw, locking it shut.
Dr Heather Heil squeezed me in and helped get me back on track. The office also patiently worked with my insurance company to get coverage for an expensive x-ray.
They always take the time to be thorough and keep me comfortable through my appointments.
I have been going to Dental Expressions for nearly 20 years, even after moving took me 25 miles away.
I trust my dental care to Dental Expressions!

We have been going here as a family for many years now. They are exceptional at not simply the dentistry needs, but the staff is extremely friendly, know you by name when you walk in the door, always willing to help. They give you options, work with you, and show that they truly care about what they do and who they help. I have and will continue to recommend them to anyone I know.

I am very apprehensive regarding dental repair procedures due to unmitigated pain during previous dental experiences which have led to many difficult visits in the past and led to my own hesitation to perform needed dental work. Dr. Bob did a stellar job in making sure I had medication to help combat my anxiety and pain and put me at ease when many other dentists would simply ignore my concern. Thank you Dr. Bob and staff!!

Dr. Heather is the best . Caring, comforting, honest and on point. The whole team will make you feel relaxed while addressing your dental issues. I have feared dentists in generaI, can actually say I look forward to coming in to this office and seeing this team . I actually get so relaxed I almost fall asleep. Dr. Heather keep doing that greatness your doing for peoples dental health . To the assistant Courtney keep making the visits fun. Thank you so much giving me the ability and the want to smile again. What a wonderful practice that help all members of the family feel welcome and comfortable! They work hard to make sure you understand their treatment plan and that it meets your health and financial needs. Very thankful for all they do and all the extra effort they make for the kids - Kid Day? Makes my daughter look forward to going to her dentist appointment!

Update: Three years later and we still love our choice in dentists. The entire team makes a point of making patients feel at home. They know myself and my daughter well and make the experience feel personal when we’re in. And as a mom, it’s great when my daughter makes note of teeth healthy choices that she’s been educated on by her dentist that she wants to make sure she’s adhering to. Thank you to the entire team at Dental Expressions - still our #1 choice and recommendation!

I love this Dentist office!!
They are always so caring and like to explain what their process will be for each treatment and make sure that those treatments are OK with you. They are very caring dentist office and always make sure you are not in any sort of pain.
From the time you step in the door you get the feeling of comfort, The ladies at the front desk are always so sweet and make sure to take good care of you by finding the best times for your schedule to book appointments. They are always fun to hang out with and talk to while you are waiting.
The Hygienists are always so nice and thorough when it comes to updating you on yours and your children's teeth. They also try to encourage your kids to not have cavities by teaching them about sugar bugs on their teeth.
I enjoy going to this dentist !!!

I ❤ This dentist office! All the staff and the Doctor were so nice, helpful, and non-judgemental. I haven’t see a dentist In over 7-8 years. I was so nervous to see a dentist and be Lectured and all the things I’m doing wrong but here I wasn’t lectured. I was informed. Not judged. I actually enjoyed my visit to my new dentist! Even though some news wasn’t the best. It was due to my faults! I left there feeling like this is the best dentist office I’ve ever been too. I’m referring Dental Expressions to anyone I Know! ☺

I have always had a fear of dentists. My not so great experiences elsewhere had me left in a state of anxiety the minute I step into a dentist office, but not at Dental Expressions. From the moment you walk in and are greeted at the front desk, you become part of the family. Heather, Bob, and all of the staff have always done a great job and helped to eliminate my fear of dentistry. I would never go anywhere else, they are understanding, humorous, and love what they do. At Dental Expressions, they do great work, they are great people, and they will assure that you get the best care no matter what your age.

I've been going to Dental Expressions for many years. The staff is fantastic. Dr. Bob & Dr. Heather are very compassionate, explain everything that needs to be done and during any procedure. If you're not happy with your current dentist, give them a try.

I would never claim to be a huge fan of going to the dentist, but I seriously love this office. The doctors are both fantastic with my kids. The hygienists are always accommodating to braces and teeth sensitivities. Lastly, but not least, the front desk ladies are priceless. They help me schedule the kids appointments together or with ours and in a way that helps them miss as little of school as possible. I truly appreciate it. (Thanks, Kaydi!)

Blown away by how thorough the new patient orientation and exam was. Their approach is definitely proactive creating a treatment plan if need be. There is no pressure to do anything you don't want done. All has been pain free, every detail has been explained, all questions have been answered, the doctors and staff have been incredibly kind and attending. They are true professionals in their patient care and their knowledge of dentistry. I was impressed with the technology....learned lots.

I was very anxious about having dental work done after a negative experience at a different office. Dr. Heather Heil was recommended by a friend. I am so glad I found her! She was extremely patient and I had no pain. Her entire staff is great! I would highly recommend her!

They take excellent care of you. I always went to a different dentist growing up and just figured hey, there’s one right down the road from me. I have extremely bad anxiety and dentist don’t help them, but they have perfected the craft of sedation dentistry. Super friendly staff as well.

Amazing first time experience! My daughter highly recommended me to Dr. Heil. I walked in to make an appointment for a tooth that I had accidentally chipped and Patti actually got me in right then and there saying I needed to have this looked at right away. Dr. Heil fixed my tooth and I ended up walking out with a big smile on my face. I found my new dentist and a special thank you to Patti! She is AWESOME and very thorough :) Dr. Heil and Assistant Tammy.....you’re the best! You made my fear of going to the dentist enjoyable and comforting!

The Doctors and Staff make you feel like you are part of their family. They all are concerned on your health and comfort as they work on your teeth before and after your appointment. Everyone is professional. The atmosphere and comfort of the facility is great.

The people at Dental Expressions are friendly, professional, caring and efficient. My teeth are extremely sensitive and they do everything possible to make me comfortable when I have cleanings or other work done. I like that they are in Freedom too.

My teeth has weren't being taken of because of my fear of pain from "back in the day" experience with former dentists, I neglected to go see a dentist for over 15 yrs.
Then one day my left lower molar cracked open and I kept biting my cheek when I eat food, well along w/that needing to be taken care of, there was also my "super" anxiety to go to the dentist because I had no choice.
Between Dr. Bob and his wife Dr. Heather along with their complete staff, especially Patti, Kadie, Tina and Tara... they have completely rid me of my fear and anxiety. They are the "best" dental providers out here in the Outagamie region. They not only saved my teeth but their personal attentiveness to wanting to know who I am and help me to feel at ease was incredible. I would and always will recommend them to anyone and everyone

This is the best dentist I’ve ever been to!! Highly recommend! Friendly staff and pain free. Every detail was explained thoroughly and they were very reassuring for every procedure. Everyone hates going to the dentist but this business makes the process so much easier and painless!!
