Love this store! Whether you know exactly what you're looking for or haven't got a clue, these people will get you what you need. (Or cheerfully refund or exchange your item/items if you made a boo boo and guessed the year of your vehicle and were off a few years!)

No waiting. I said I needed air filter, cabin air filter, and licence plate lightbulb. Got all 3 quickly. Pleasant service. 👌

The staff were very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful even as busy as they were! Wide variety of auto stuff (which I would expect out of an auto parts store). As any store, some items were a good deal and other stuff higher. For auto parts, accessories.....I feel it's basically a one stop store for what you want! I will be going back when I need more parts!

Great people! Had a really good experience here. Battery under warranty needed to be replaced and got the new battery for free. They even installed it even though that's not in their job description.

DIY auto care is where it's at, and this place makes it easy! O'Reilly's always has what I need in stock. They've helped me to save hundreds of dollars in parts and labor. The staff always knows what I'm going for even if I don't. They are great listeners, and easy to work with. Go here first, and you won't have to go anywhere else.

I had my car's oil changed and the air filter was pretty dirty, however the shop didnt have one and our small town shops didn't have any either. So I bought one at your store. One of your helpful employees went out of his way and installed it for me. I really appreciated that as it saved me from going somewhere to get it installed. All I can say is that this place has fantastic customer service! The guys in there went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of and back on the road!! Been buying parts for along time and I'm very impressed with this store and the people in it! Keep up the great work!

O'Reilly's Auto Parts has the convenience of finding any part you need for your vehicle and if they do not have it in their store that can order get it there the same day friendly staff work throughout the store with the knowledge of automobiles and auto parts there is no problem last week the selection of Parts throughout the store parts are in stock in their store Warehouse fan plays have the experience to help those who are looking for special need parts for their vehicle

Went to get a battery the warranty was over on the battery by 2 days this Punk kid that work there would not budge treating me like I was trying to steal a battery finally a guy from the back came out and another followed they both told the kid to let me take the battery ring it up blah blah blah he still put up a fight migrate and appreciative thanks to the two men who came out and help take care of me I did get that battery they did give me that warranty and then Super pleased with those two men service thank you O'Reilly's in Brainerd Minnesota
