The Book Store

First time customers, & we will definitely be back again! My daughter was beyond thrilled with her chosen books & the mystery box of books. I was able to find a replacement book for our Prairie Primer studies, & look forward to finding a lot more treasures in the future.

Excellent book store. Great selection of reasonaby priced used books, clearly organized by category. A person could easily spend a few hours browsing the shelves, and there are seats if you need to sit while you browse. Nice place to visit if you are looking for attractions in beautiful downtown Appleton, WI.

This place is amazed that's fun to get lost in. It was difficult not to spend money here.

This place is SO COOL! I’ve never seen such a gem when it comes to a bookstore. The prices are all very reasonable, in my opinion, even the new books.
I absolutely love the set up of this store and how unique it is. I go here any chance I get and when I’m needing a new book to read. Highly recommend you check it out yourself!

Nice huge selection of books. Organized well for easy selections. Staff ultra friendly and they have a trade credit system for the locals. Also they had free bookmarks by the door and small book covers for $2 and bigger ones for $4. Great quality covers for your books. Most of the selection were used books but in front they had a new books section and a few book related bags.

I am impressed and amazed. If you want the joy of turning pages when you read, make sure you add the Book Store to your list of great sources.

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and quiet bookstore. New book section very small, but I was their for used so it wasn't an issue for this trip.
I think they are sorely missing a section of nonfiction books (nonprofit/community/business-type), but I also know that finding those books used is a challenge.
If you are looking for entire collections of Harlequin Romance, and some of the other romance series, or Beverly Lewis....this is definitely the place to go. Entire bookcases dedicated to these! They also have the entire collection of semi-local author Jennifer Chiaverini! Check this store out!

Literally the best book store in town. Its so cozy. Theres books everywhere like a fairy tale. I like just discovering stuff in here, but if youre looking for something in particular the staff are super knowledgeable amd helpful.

This is a great book store. Everyone was friendly and helpful, and the selection was excellent. They also have a very generous program of giving credit towards book purchases if you donate your old books.

I heard that the Book Store will move to a new location in Appleton next month, October 2022. I am sure that the Book Store will be even better when they get settled in their new place.
