Al Huss Auto & Truck

My wife and I were in a very difficult situation. Our car wouldn't start (or run once started) in Milwaukee when we returned from our vacation. We need it towed to Green Bay. Immediate appointments are almost impossible to get but my wife remembered that the owner of Al Huss Auto & Truck was featured in her church bulletin. We gave them a try and were very surprised when they told us to bring it to them. We were thinking that we would need to have it towed home then have it towed to a garage in a couple of weeks when an appointment opened up. These guys were GREAT! Courteous, caring, and complete are the words that I would use to describe them. We were totally pleased!

Al Huss did a great job with my 01 Ram! They needed to source specific parts for the repairs ,which ended up being hard to find. Chris went above and beyond to make sure the parts were found and the repairs got done! They kept me updated with the entire process via text which was also nice! Amazing Job by Al Huss ! Highly recommend and will use again in the future when needed!

Al Huss provides amazing, quality service. My family and I have used their services for years and have a high level of trust that whatever they recommend has our best interests in mind. Let me share with you how overwhelmingly satisfied we were with the service provided. We have an extended warranty through our dealer, but getting ahold of them is not as easy as it sounds. Al Hauss went out of their way to check coverage on a failed alternator by being on hold for 2 hours waiting to get through. I’m not sure how this impacted what this person had to do that day, but I’m sure the hold time was not an effective use of their time. However, because they put customer service number one, they did it. Then, a part broke while putting the alternator in, and they were on the phone again with the warranty company and spent another hour on the phone. Who does these kind of things? I’ll tell you, someone who values quality customer service and delivering results with number one in quality. Number one in quality and service is important to us. I really appreciate the constant communication and updates as well. We’ll always use this place because the last thing anyone wants is to be stranded due to poor mechanic work and then have to deal with poor customer service, both of which, we never have to worry about here. Thank you for your eye to detail.

I am always satisfied with my service. They have great customer service as well. It's a very welcoming place they really make you feel like you are apart of there business family. Also, gotta love the complimentary soda, water, and coffee in the waiting area while you wait. I go to the location on Verlin road in Bellevue. I would like to say thank you to Chris for his excellent hard work that he has been doing on my vehicle.

What amazing customer service! Erika went above and beyond to fit me into their schedule. I needed an oil change and they were nice enough to fit me in the following day during their lunch break. Mechanics took photo proof of everything that needed to be serviced and these pictures are then sent to me to view. I have never experienced better service an auto shop.

I’ve been a customer with Al Huss for two years or so and have been a happy customer every time. It’s very convenient that they provide detailed descriptions and sometimes photos so that customers can visually see what is wrong with their cars. I just got my CV Axels replaced and they got it done in two days. They even let me know the timeline of when it would be done, they were very communicative. Highly recommend to others!

Showed up a little earlier than expected but was to get my SUV in for an oil change shortly after arrival. They’re always very nice!

My AC had never been serviced in the nearly 9 years I’ve owned my car... didn’t even know that was a thing. It seemed like it was blowing cool air but there were certainly days where I wished it would cool down quicker. The vents measured 50 degrees at 60 degrees ambient temperature before service. After service, 42 degrees at 75 degrees ambient temperature. A welcomed and noticeable difference for sure!!

Great service 10/10. My car was serviced for new breaks and tires. I appreciated the updates with cost estimates throughout the process. I also liked the detailed explanation of different tires, so I could make the best decision. Will definitely be a repeat customer for regular maintenance.
