This transaction was awesome. The people at the office were patient and met all my needs. The installation was quick and a head of schedule. The building looks great. I'm a happy customer.

We ordered a 30x40 carport to be delivered in Colorado. From the beginning we experienced fantastic customer service. It started with our sales rep Lorria who came to our place and helped us with our order. She said they were 12 to 14 weeks out. So, we we're surprised when they called us to schedule the install within 6 weeks instead of 12 to 14 . the crew was great, extremely hard workers and with high 90s and even a thunderstorm they worked through it all. Even the office crew was great to work with. We we're nervous with bad reviews, but we are so pleased with this company and love our garage. Thank you

It took 12 weeks for my garage to come after ordering it. I was frustrated with the company at times because they kept telling me it would be "two more weeks" before the garage would arrive every time I called them to get an update. The company started telling me that after 6 weeks had already passed. However, I was pleased with the installation crew and the building itself. When the garage did finally arrive the installation crew did an outstanding job. They did not speak much English but they worked very hard and they finished it about 10 hours! The final product was very nice and good quality.

I want to share that I am being delayed. They keep telling me it's on a truck and will be here in a day or two. She doesn't remember telling the same story time after time. I am calling them in Kimball, Nebraska on Monday. I have only talked to the lady in North Carolina so far. My question is, why did they keep calling me asking if I was ready yet if they weren't ready? I panicked and got it done as fast as I could telling the workers I need this done ASAP! They are waiting for me. I will call Kimball on Monday and see what kind of answer I get. I will change my review if they are honest with me and deliver on what they say.

Run run run if you see the rating they have should say it all took forever to install then put building in wrong place then put all the wrong doors on it Sent guys to fix non English speaking building looks like trash cooked cuts in metal bent metal its horrible I wouldn't use them to put up an umbrella they would screw that up too , then wanna charge me for right garage door and say they can't fix walk thru door its cheap and generic like a camper door junk you would be better off making your self a garage out of cardboard lawyer is looking into the whole ring cause it's just a big mess

Very poor service! been waiting for my carport since the end of august everytime I call they say to weeks I call after two weeks of not hearing anything and they say another weeks! They claim they are low on workers should not be receiving orders if they cannot get the jobs done in a reasonable amount of time!!

VERY POOR SERVICE. Three different times they guaranteed they would be at our home to install the garage. They never showed up, and never called!!!
