I have had a bad back for years. I’ve been through therapy multiple times with some success. I went through the 24 sessions on the decompression table. I am now a month into a maintenance program with Dr. Kyle. This is the best that my back has felt in years. I have some achiness in my back at different times. I need to remember that I’m 77 years old and will have a few aches and pains. I am back up to walking 7500 steps a day so far I am very satisfied with the results I would recommend Dr. Kyle and his staff they very professional and make you feel comfortable.

Friendly staff and very helpful. Dr. Kyle is amazing! He has taken my pain away in my back and hips and neck. He knows what he's doing, and the Lazer treatments really work! It's worth every penny and the 1 1/2 drive.

On November 8th, 2022, I woke up with back pain and could not stand, walk, or sit. I went to the ER and had two bulged and one herniated disc. ER doctor recommended physical therapy, but they had no openings for 5 weeks. I started to receive messages from friends and people that I had never met that they heard I could not move; any of them who had surgery said to avoid surgery if possible as they all regretted doing surgery too early. Then I received a recommendation for a place in Lamberton, MN, and thought we would try it. Over an hour's drive, I rode in the back seat, laying down, walked inside, and had to lay on the floor because of pain. They helped me into a room, did some tests, and put a plan in play for the next 90 days, three times a week. I made this trip lying down in the back seat, and by late December, I was able to sit and stand and continued to see improvement every week. Doctor Kyle and his entire staff are top-notch and extremely friendly, and they made me look forward to my appointments. By March, I was good to have no future appointments for a year; on June 2nd, I could run a 5K. Wow, it was such an amazing feeling to be back to feeling normal and doing things I want to do once again. Dr Kyle and his crew are THE best! My back wouldn't stay in place, and I had sciatica, he was bound to figure out why. We figured out that I was losing the arch in one foot. He and his crew makes you feel at home when you have an appointment. I would not want to go to anyone else.

I love the care I get here. I had something done different to help with my neck pain. It was something I’ve never seen. Sally did amazing explaining everything to me! She made me very comfortable before leaving the room. Sally also checked back with me to make sure I will still doing ok and comfortable. Just the love the care I get from everyone here!
