I and a buddy each shot a bison this winter. We decided to bring them to Knaus after talking with Kurt. They were wonderful to work with, did a great job, and all at a fantastic price! These animals were huge and we could never have butchered them on our own. I highly recommend them.

Ever since Elk River Meats closed my wife and I have been looking for a meat market and we definitely found one! To start off the staff and the owner (Which was nice enough to show us around) are wonderful people, very friendly and knowledgeable. You can’t leave without getting a jar of sweet horseradish pickles, the smoked brats, and a fresh cut of meat. There is a good selection of everything even dog treats. I will definitely be back soon!

We always stop at this place when passing thru Kimball. A great assortment of brats. The pepper bacon is awesome. Many different varieties of chicken, also.

What a great business! Their staff was very friendly and the prices were reasonable. When I went to pick up the meat, we didn't have to wait long at all to load up our meat. We'll definitely be doing more business with them in the future.

You haven't had smoked sausage filled with cheese. Fantastic. So there is the pickled halibut and northern. All kinds of meat are great try their wieners. Super delicious.

Yesterday 4-15-20 we bought two steaks. We grilled them today 4-16-20 for our 32nd Wedding Anniversary, these were by far the most tender & flavorful steaks we've eaten. Thank you for making our Anniversary Supper amazing.

The staff and owner is amazing! I drive from Buffalo passing 2 meat markets on the way because they have the best beef steaks, roast and pork chops in this area! Btw Lexi if you looking for mustard? I suggest going to walmart.

We hit the jackpot when we found Knaus Sausage house! All the meat we bought looked awesome and we bought a case of the pickles with horseradish. Thanks for taking care of us and the great service. Two happy customers (one with a hat) from North Dakota.

It was a great meat shop. Jerky, meat sticks, of course all kinds of meats to cook. I even found ground pork! I only have seen that in Iowa. Hard to find. Definitely will stop in when I. Town again.

The Souse is WONDERFUL! This last package had the right amount of vinegar to really give a pickled flavor. I live in the Alexandria area and cannot find Souse anywhere. I love this product.

Friendly staff that create great tasting processed meat and cuts. We use them for butchering our beef, hogs and lamb. Great selection of cuts and processed meats for sale as well.

Locally sourced meat. Those guys know what they are doing. The "Suzie Baked beans" are yummy. Next door is Son of a Butcher Pub/restaurant. Yummy

We bought t bone steaks Saturday and grilled them that night. We all agreed that these are the best t bones we have ever had. This place is GREAT.

The best butcher shop in Minnesota. My favorites are smoked pork chops, sweet pickles with horseradish, bacon, bacon ends, bratwursts, summer sausage and varieties of jerky.
