Had been going to All World Ford to have my vehicle serviced so it made sense to go back when I was ready for a new truck. Ordered the new truck in December 2023, knew it was going to take longer than normal, was able to track progress of build, knew when it was completed and shipped. Trade offer was more than fair for my old vehicle. Kane and Josh were great to work with. Will continue to use All World Ford for future vehicle needs. Love the new truck!!

Wish we had heard of this dealership when they opened 4 or 5 years ago! We have been missing out. The staff are ALL extremely professional without being stuffy and truly nice people. We met 4 people that all went above and beyond to make our purchase an easy process and without stress. They listened to what we wanted and communicated with each other well so we didn’t have to repeat everything. We will be back for more vehicles as they are due for replacement and for sure will be referring to family and friends. John was our salesman and he managed his time efficiently and with a genuine smile. Big thanks to them all!

Austin was outstanding to deal with. I had a ton of questions for him and he answered everyone of them with great knowledge and with great enthusiasm. I talked to him on a Sunday and never was annoyed. Terry was also fantastic. We had lots of laughs while getting the paperwork done. He also explained everything in a great detail, so it was also easy to understand. I wouldn’t hesitate one bit to by another vehicle from them. It was a fantastic experience. The only downfall is I couldn’t make a basket. lol

Easy transaction. Dennis very informative on dealer offered benefits. The vehicle had a tire pressure light on when delivering, was told it would go off, but it didn't. The service department took excellent care of me and fixed the problem quickly and gave me a loaner car while the repair took place.

Our sales rep, Dennis Craig, was quick, pressure free and fun to work with. This was the most stress free truck purchase I have ever experienced. They had more selection of quality trucks than any other dealer nearby.

Very nice dealership whom takes pride in their facility and it shows. I worked with a fine young gentleman Austin whom exudes trustworthiness and conscientiousness throughout the sales process. He was a pleasure to work with!

The sales process , because of the personnel and the direction they receive at the dealer level is outstanding. The out of state ownership however will drive the personality of this store into the dirt , they are obviously clueless and inexperienced in a brand that has loyalty and integrity as opposed to the non American brands of Stelantis and the bailout commandos of GM …. I wish the personnel of All World all the luck of the new year.Perhaps the current owner can find a person of Ford Integrity to own this store

I bought two vehicles from all world ford recently. One new truck and a used suv. Both times were great experiences. I got the vehicles I wanted at the price I wanted to pay. Each issue I had was addressed immediately and resolved. Mike was the salesperson and Jon Reed the sales manager were very helpful in resolving my concerns. I highly recommend this dealership based on my experiences

John Meyers took great care of my 85 yr old mom while she was purchasing a Ford Edge. This is her second car from Old World Ford and the customer service has been exceptional.

I was in the market for a new car due to my original car being totaled (per a flood). I have not been to All World Ford before however I was looking for a Chevy Malibu and the salesman John was extremely helpful in getting me the right Chevy Malibu! I was definitely in some luck as this is All World Ford, they had some other brands that were not just Ford. The Malibu did have some very small dents however John assured me with a voucher to come back and get those dents out complimentary! I didn’t mind the little dents as they are small. This nice gesture shows that All World Ford does care for their customers and what they are taking home with them. John had even gone out and personally filled the tank to full upon my asking if the tank was full. Thank you John for helping me get a great new car!
