I wish I had found this shop before. Mr. Brandon, owner is a straight forward honest person. I had installed a lift kit in a different shop, but could not get the alignment correctly. I was referred to Akula by a good friend of mine (Maaco, Windsor NJ). Mr. Brandon specializes in lift kits, 4 x 4 modifications. He fixed the aligment and also patiently explained the intricacies of wheel alignment. I am definitely going back when I am ready for my next set of tires.

Awesome service. Towed our trailer for service and brought it back. Landed right back in the exact spot he took it from! We will definitely be calling again. Super nice guy and very knowledgeable.

My fiancé and I have been going here for years, Brandon and his staff are awesome. He is straightforward and won’t try to con you into getting work done you done need like chain mechanics will. Had a coolant leak on my way home from work. Akula towing was friendly and experienced with towing my car home. I wouldn’t hesitate to use or recommend his services. And once home, akula took a quick peak and instantly noticed my coolant problem and gave some advice on how to fix the problem.

So I took my Honda Pilot to akula after my mechanic told me I needed a new transmission and it would be over $6000. I took it to akula and $500 later my truck was up and running again. They saved me thousands of dollars and were professional about the whole thing. I would definitely recommend them. Thanks guys! Happy customer

The OEM MFR recommended I get all these services done to my car (with only 24K miles) and though I did not visit the Akula Automotive ,I called them and spoke with Brandon (the owner). He was very honest and forthcoming that they were just trying to upsell services. It is hard to find an honest mechanic nowadays and all of my future business will now be going to him.

Great experience! Sorry it took so long for me to write this review. I went here to get a truck inspected before I made the purchase. I ended up going back on two separate occasions for two separate but similar trucks. Both times they were super thorough, took their time, and gave me a detailed report on everything they found. I appreciate the detail and care they took. Thanks again!

Great service and pricing as always. Had two vehicles there for an AC check and recharge and now they're both ready for the warmer weather.

This place has been good to me. Their prices are ok, but their customer service is outstanding. They will go out of their way, above and beyond, to find parts for my classics (buckets)
